very comfortable and spacious rooms. walk in shower and large bathroom. The airport shuttle was great albeit only operating from Thursday /Monday. Nice options for breakfast. Most of all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was a little out of the city but it felt safe, had shops and some restaurants close by and was close to the airport. it was a little inconvenient not to have a shuttle service every day.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, clean shower with great water pressure. Free shuttle to the airport was great. Oatmeal in the AM didn't taste instant. Bed pretty comfy. Plenty of outlets. Nice touch like a C-table to use with the in-room chair.
Cold coffee in the carafe, only choice of milk was skim or 2%. Breakfast choices were plentiful, but typical quality of a continental breakfast. I was glad to settle for a Chobani, some oatmeal (which wasn't instant!), and a banana. I wish there'd been some boiled eggs. And all the disposable flatware was a bummer but of course not atypical. I loved the free shuttle to the airport, but getting to the hotel would have been a pain had I not gotten a ride from my local friend. Probably a wash, as far as money savings.

Room was very comfy. It's 15 mins from the airport and across the road from a shopping mall.
1) The airport shuttle was not working the night we arrived and was unavailable in the morning as it was doing cruise shuttles 2) On arrival, despite having a valid booking, the hotel was "overbooked," & there were no rooms for us two couples. Jess waded thru the remaining reservations to find 2 rooms of guests whose "credit cards had expired"! We got those 2 rooms. All sounded extremely odd. So be forewarned, phone ahead and pay in full to secure your room.

Our stay was great, it was just a quick stay overnight, but well worth it. The breakfast was good and the staff who provided the breakfast were very accommodating and helpful. Gloria at the front desk was amazing. We arrived later in the evening and she was helpful and welcoming. She let us know about the shuttle service and helped us reserve a spot. She was also there the next day for check out. Our plane did not leave until the next evening and we thought we would have to take our luggage around Boston, but Gloria let us know we could keep it at the hotel and we could hang out in the lounge if need be. Also, it was great that check out was noon, that helped. Great stay.

The reception staff set the tone of the stay from the time we walked in - they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome and were hospitable and friendly each interaction we had with them. The room was clean, very updated and simply beautiful. Hampton Inns always have the most comfortable beds and this was no exception. You've got everything you might need in the walking vicinity from the hotel - restaurants, grocery stores, shops - the location is perfect. Breakfast was very good, only wish there was bacon. The best feature is free shuttle to and from the airport! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Boston. Thank you for a great stay!

I was travelling from UK to US. I wanted to avail the airport shuttle and enquired about this prior to my visit. I was told that I should call the hotel after I arrived and collected the luggage. Unfortunately I couldn’t make a call from my mobile and have to request someone else to do this for me. They mentioned shuttle will arrive in 15 mins, however no instructions on where to wait for the shuttle outside the airport. More clear instructions on where to wait for the shuttle and requesting it ahead of time with out calling the hotel would be helpful.

The hotel is 3-5 minutes away from Chelsea station (train line or Silver Line 3). Next to it there is a small retail park with a few shops (Starbucks, TJ Maxx etc) and a large supermarket with a lot of products and also hot food. The rooms was nice, clean and quite silent. The bathroom was really nice and clean. There is also a laundry room and free coffee and tea. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of cold and hot food. The hotel also offers a complementary shuttle service to the airport (15-20 min)
Location is ok, but in the evening it can feel a bit unsafe. The SL3 stop is anyway just a few minutes away. Not much else in the area apart from the shopping centre.

the hotel is in close proximity (about a 7-10 min) walk to the commuter rail that takes you right to downtown Boston. also right across the street you have a market basket, Starbucks, five guys and a Mexican restaurant. the hotel was clean upon my arrival and house keeping was attentive and cleaned it on the 5th night I was there. the free breakfast was nice too, there was a good selection of muffins, cereal, and your typical American breakfast. overall it was a great stay. the front desk also let me keep my bags at the front after I checked out and the airport shuttle was great.

Close and convenient to BOS airport. Shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated. The hotel was clean comfortable and very quiet. The room was fully appointed with good towels, soaps etc. breakfast was included in the rate, but the hotel provided 24 hr access to tea coffee and hot chocolate.
The breakfast was adequate but lacked imagination for a hotel of this quality.

We arrived at the hotel after a late flight into Logan. The staff member who checked us in was excellent; we were having trouble finding parking because the hotel was full and he actually walked out into the parking lot to help us. He also knew we were coming in late and had everything all ready so we could get into our room quickly. The hotel appeared to be newly updated and was very clean. The pillows were amazingly comfortable. I slept really well.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like. It was perfect for our needs.
