everything was absolutely amazing. could of had a better view for the price but we loved everything

The view was a basic street view of the hotel. I paid over $700+ thinking we would be higher up with a view, we were on the third floor in the corner

There was a lot to like. I had initially made a booking for Thursday-Sunday through the Katsucon room booking system, but was unable to add the Sunday. As we were flying from Europe, staying until Monday was the main aim. The staff were brilliant, and made the connection to our room from the previous booking with ease. It made us all a lot more confident in staying with them. The room we had was lovely and spacious, and the staff were helpful and friendly when we asked for some fresh water and cups the following day. Can't say much, but the parking seemed to be an excessive charge of $72 for only two nights. But it could be a cost difference I'm also not familiar with having to deal with.

I believe the harbour social has a really good idea behind it. The games and drinks were fantastic. Its food is what let it down. $12 for 2 sliders (which were smaller than my friends hand!!) then having to pay $10+ for fries to go with it felt excessive. Particularly when the quality of the meal does not suggest almost $25 (before even a drink/coctail is added!) More options for food would also have gone down well. We were last here 3 years ago, and while some fantastic changes have been made to the bar, this was definitely the area it was lost out too. The staffs friendliness was wonderful though!!

clean safe and close to everything

I was charged at check in for parking and was told I wouldn’t have to pay again. I ended up pay $66 more dollars for parking

Atrium is a wonderful experience and beautiful to see.

Need more activities for the guests on particular days and evenings. I really did not like the fact I couldn't use my Starbucks gift card on Starbucks products. For the price we paid for the room we should have never ran out of bath soap, now that was bad. Suite rooms are a lot of wasted space with no family size refrigerator or kitchen area, but the room has a large dining table in the room. Thats a waste! Overall it was a pleasure.

The wait in lines for check-in and out was much too long. only two people working at such a busy time. Holding fees were added to my bill and not deducted to this date. I made several calls back to the property and spoke to someone in billing after a very long wait time and was assured it would come off in 5-7 days. I had to file a dispute claim with my bank and as of today 1/25/22 only one charge has been cleared. I paid for 3 rooms for 3 nights , over $4000.00 when I checked out on 1/29/21 , paid in full so why am I charged over $700.00 in additional charges. This is not good business and I would be afraid to stay there again. How many other people has this happened to!!🤔🤔

The location and the amenities (fitness room and the pool)

No Microwave in the room.

I don't like employees using their pass keys to gain entrance into my room without prior notice. I am NOT referring to the cleaning staff. Fortunately, I had my safety lock on. He claimed the hiotel manager sent him up because something to do with my door key not working... My door key was working fine... "Scary "...

I didn't, the valet would not park my car because it was raining. after I started crying did someone decided to park it The front desk tried to charge me double Thank God I checked my receipt.

At check in the clerk tried to sell me a bigger room. I would have fell for it but my credit card wouldn't.

Everything was AMAZING! Facilities are superb

! only downfall- we were really looking forward to the new cafe and new sports bar. They were convenient, the sports bar has food that is more on expensive side and somewhat “fancier.” I wish they had more food options there and in the new cafe. the cafe is basically the same as the place across the hall that has always been there- just a much fancier display.

I enjoyed my stay. The meals provided were delicious... The establishment was very neat and clean. The chamber personnel were friendly and accommodating, especially for requested items. I was treated very professionally by all employed workers. Thank you, Mrs. Carolyn J. Taylor
