The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of storage space and appreciated the kitchenette with large fridge and freezer. The location isn't scenic, but the view from our side of the hotel was actually really nice. It was 10-15 minutes from historic Frederick which was convenient without paying for something right in town.

The bed was very uncomfortable -- one side of the mattress dipped down and felt like the padding had worn away. The pocket door on the bathroom didn't close fully, which was a bit awkward. Also, when we checked in the person at the front desk told us breakfast was 7-10am. They neglected to tell us it ends at 9am on weekdays so we missed breakfast by a couple minutes on our last day which was frustrating.

The breakfast wa good with a lot of choices but it end at 9am during the week. It's early. The pool was vers Nice. The bed was vers comfy but the pillow was too soft. The room is big With everything that we need. The Wi-Fi could be better. It's à quiet place With à lot of restaurants around. And what about the staff. They were very appreciated and kindness.

The property is well maintained, clean and really pretty rooms with microwave large refrigerator and dish washer with breakfast included was a good value, however, ran out of all breakfast items before 8am I was extremely disappointed, I had children with me and it was not good, had to get up and leave hotel for breakfast. upside again, the location of hotel to restaurants is great. Getting to a McDonald’s was ok , we had to bring food back to the hotel, when we could have gotten in a swim before we leaving, couldn’t do that either, So really too bad. The worst though was running out of coffee. I had to walk away because I don’t know who’s job that was! Since we had to get breakfast , may as well get coffee too. When you say breakfast is included, people choose your hotel over others, so I felt cheated!but it could be Covid again so I will give them a pass. Who ever designed the hotel and restaurant was a genius!!! So many options and very easy to get to places, even if you needed to walk!! So I’ll give it another try some day but you only get one more shot for me!

Due to COVID, breakfast was not the usual help yourself style. The girl facilitating the service was most helpful and cheerful. The breakfast food was good The room was large and spotless The atmosphere was very bright and inviting. The shower was out of this world great. The bed was very comfortable. The price was great We will be looking for home 2 hotels in our future travels.

We couldn’t seem to find the TV guide. A jacuzzi suite is actually what we were looking for. I can’t think of anything that would’ve been a no go

Welcoming and the staff were pleasant. Very clean and the rooms were such a restful decor. The outside seating area was such a nice bonus and happy.

The pillows were very very soft and with the soft mattress was not the best sleep but was ok. The guest above us had children (we think) that kept stomping and a dog that kept barking. We told the front desk about 10PM that it was getting late and very noisy. He did call them but nothing changed for a half hour or more. We called back and were told that we would need to relocate if we wanted away from the noise. As we had everything unpacked and were already in bed, that was not the option. While we understood the response, it seems odd that the noisy people could stay noisy and we would have to move. Only downside to the stay.

The breakfast was adequate. I appreciated that you all still did a breakfast. The grab and go had a nice selection. I miss hot food though

I was travelling at night and when I asked what the hotel was near the clerk told me it was near the correctional facility of Fredrick. That made me a little nervous and uncertain about wanting to stay there. He could have used the car dealership or the other hotels in the area as land marks. I find that hotel workers tend not to know what is in the area and are often new. Maybe the corporation should give them a tour of nearby landmarks so they can assist guest without causing concern. (He was accurate about the correctional facility though)

This was a clean, quiet, relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming to my Service Dog. All day coffee was a BONUS! The breakfast choices were of good value and pleasantly tasty. The gym features were also great! The walking path was a wonderful treat!

A designated smoking area would have suited me better than having people smoke right outside the main entrance. However, if I were a smoker, I would appreciate the option of smoking anywhere I felt like it. So this is really a minor issue and the only dislike we could think of.

Incredibly clean. Super courteous staff. Huge gorgeous window of big trees with privacy shade. Generous kitchen appointments. Lots of room space and ample free breakfast. Good value for good price. Some thought was put into this to make it hum so well

Perhaps some correction on the pocket door that will not stay closed to the bathroom. Maybe a fence to mark the super steep hill downward where we walk dogs: hard to see in the dark.

The room was great along with the kitchen, plates and everything else that was provided.

After a few days, my stay was for 7 days, the breakfast options got a bit stale. I would have liked to have a few more drink options and more fruit variety.

Loved the big room and then bed was comfortable.

I was not happy with the shower, I could not figure out how the top shower head worked. At was confusing. I was also out of shower gel.
