I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. I really liked the staff, especially Terresa at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. She is someone that is a good ambassador for Drury Hotels. The breakfast was good with lots of choices including hot items . The 5:30 snacks and drinks was impressive also . One night was pulled pork sliders, salad , beans and baked potatoes. That is a nice perk that other hotels don't offer.
I was completely satisfied. You can tell a well-run hotel by the pride the staff takes in their work. No complaints and if I am ever back in the area I would stay there again. We look for Drury Hotels as a first choice option.

The location was great, with easy access to the freeway.
Front desk clerk named Shannon needs to find a new job. She is clearly not suited for, nor does she belong in, a customer service position. She was rude & condescending, and she acted like it was an imposition for us to be there, let alone ask what hours the breakfast buffet was. She is a terrible representative of this hotel and it’s brand, and her uninviting attitude (the last thing a weary traveler who is paying a premium price to stay at this location needs after a long day on the road) will cause many, like us, to avoid this hotel. Worst hotel representative we’ve ever encountered.

My favorite place to stay when working in that part of the state. Amazing staff who always seem genuinely happy to see you. Great evening happy hour with meal type food not light appetizers.
Rooms, especially bathrooms, could use updating. But they are perfectly clean and air in rooms and hotel fresh, never a stuffy atmosphere and as an asthmatic that’s important.

I was surprised that they provided a dinner snack / meal (in addition to the breakfast one). Very friendly staff. Fast check-in and check-out.
Was promised an email copy of my bill, but didn't receive one (maybe because I booked through Booking.com?). Also, I believe I was charged a $50 pet fee, rather than the $40 one listed in their online Pet Policy.

The staff was amazing and always looking to help, the room was spacious and very clean, the evening meet and greet was great and the food was good. Nothing but positive vibes for this place and I will stay there again in the future.
The only negative is that you can hear the interstate traffic while at the pool but it was not horrible by any means.

The suite's bedroom and living are separated by the bathroom which increased the quiet, The staff was very warm and welcoming. The free buffet dinner and drinks were a bonus. Of the offerings, I felt the soups were the best.
Furnishings a tad old, but still serviceable. Was somewhat aware of Interstate 10 noise, but not really a problem for sleeping.

Great value when you factor in the hot breakfast (typical plus extras)AND hot snacks in the evening (this time it was bbq chicken sliders, beans, baked potato, nachos, salad). That’s a money saver there. The beds are SO comfortable. The people are all very friendly. I’ve stayed here 3 different trips to Lafayette and will continue to do so.

Best Drury inn we have stayed at - still new and modern, great layout, spacious rooms and exceptional value, from size to the awesome kickback fare and sensational breakfast - this one will be hard to beat.
Noisy party in room next door woke us up at midnight reported to night staff twice and was shut down straight away after second call

our TV did not come on to be able to navigate the stations and the lady from the front desk had to come up and fix it in the back. The next morning the same thing happened and we had no TV. they could not send anyone up as it was too early for the maintenance people. disappointing as to not seeing the weather report and news.

We had a great experience right from check in. Teresa was SO WONDERFUL! She had a great personality and she was extremely helpful. Our room was a very large size and all of the staff was very friendly while we were there. Unfortunately, our trip was too busy to partake in the breakfast or happy hour, but it was a great addition to the stay. We would stay there again.
