The hotel was chosen after a flight cancellation. It was quick and easy to reach by taxi and we were able to book a free shuttle bus to return us to the airport the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in-house restaurant for convenience, and the food was both good and reasonably priced.
The bathroom was cramped, with barely enough room for two people at once and the vanity almost couldn't be used by one person unless the door was at least half closed. The staff at the restaurant were polite but not particuarly attentive or friendly.

The front desk staff and the bellhop, Bailey were very friendly, helpful and sweet. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Our view of the river was nice as well. We didn't get to experience the pool as it was too full of people, which was ok knowing it was summer time.
Breakfast was ok, I do not believe it was worth the amount we paid. The selection wasn't any different than if we would have went to a hotel with complementary breakfast, which I believe this should have been complementary as well. I also believe the wait staff in the restaurant could have been friendlier.

The 8 of 10 scoring of cleaning . Breakfast Plate was dirty; The room needed a better touch up… TV was dusty and TV screen had stains on it as in it hadn’t been wipe down in a while. The bar had given a Wine drink that the wine was flat already.

I love the clean and comfortable rooms. The deck by the pond is very relaxing. Can't wait to visit the property again next year for the track clinic.
The whole deck wasn't accessible at the time. But that was understandable. Other than that, it was perfect. I would love to see the deck and pool available next time I visit.

The location was perfect. Close to the CajunDome and other places we were going to. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable and the staff was great.
The bag in the ice container was dirty. It almost looked like syrup maybe. And we got locked out of our room due the key not working. However, that was a quick fix.

The location was great, my daughter graduated from ULL and it was like 7 minutes away. The restaurant at the hotel food was delicious and they bought it to us at the bar.

our room did not have a microwave. The bathroom needed a little work. we had trouble flushing the commode. The bathtub floor was a little slippery. would have been nice to have breakfast.
