Homewood Suites Cincinnati Airport South-Florence

The breakfast was outstanding. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The room and facility were clean. The light free meal served on Wednesday and Thursday evening was a nice extra. Restaurants and a Walmart in easy walking distance from the hotel.

Guests were allowed to leave the pool area with wet feet and created a hazard with slippery floors and puddles in the elevator. The outer curtains could not be drawn to darken the room. The bathroom was cold. It did not easily get heat from the thermostat. The design of the shower stall allowed water to pool on the floor once the door was opened

As soon as we walked into our room it was amazing loved the kitchen ,dinning area a table to eat the bed was comfortable, i have been to lots of hotels but i have never had a shower like they had feel in love with it When we went for breakfast which was different both days we were there we were greeted by Lois who really help made this hotel such a special homely feeling place . Lois knew we were going to visit the Ark encounter and the next morning asked if we enjoyed it, she also greeted other guests remembering them, all the staff were very friendly I usually only give a paragraph at the most on reviews however I could go on for ever saying all the great things about here but we truly recommend this hotel.

good neighborhood, close to shopping & restaurants, clean, organized and everything worked.

sleeper sofa uncomfortable to sit in as a sofa. no door between bed & bathroom sink area. I got up earlier than my wife but couldn’t shave & brush with light on. breakfast was a disappointment with tasteless, watery scrambled eggs w/o either bacon or sausage. coffee was excellent!

The breakfast was good, with many options. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating, without feeling crowded. Our two young nephews stayed in another room. They took advantage of the indoor pool and loved it.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

I liked the set up of the room. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was great.

There was someone smoking pot on my floor, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they began an investigation. Also, the breakfast was good one day but mediocre the other days.

the room size was super, the kitchen was helpful, and the breakfast good, i was wanting more options at breakfast but was well satisfied with the eggs and sausage, superb.

the only complaint (minor) would be to have a choice of meats, but i was more than satisfied with what was available..

The rooms were clean, the shower was great, and the breakfast was amazing!

The sink in the bathroom didn’t have a pocket door so that it separated it from bedroom.

Everything was superb. Clean hours convenient for check in and check out and for amenities such as pool and fitness center.

More options for breakfast would have been nice.

Room was very nice and and clean. Loved having a kitchen and separated bedroom. Staff was friendly and pool area was nice. Fire pits and corn hole were nice extras. Breakfast was good also.

Bed was rather hard & uncomfortable. Pull out sofa was more comfortable than king size bed. Sagging/hole in hallway floor in front of room entrance.
