Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tell City, an IHG Hotel

Very well manicured, clean and very friendly staff!! This is one of the outstanding, most friendly, willing to help you staff that you’ll ever meet. Hats off to your staff, especially your front desk receptionist . On all shifts they went above and beyond and when you need it something you didn’t wait two days for it you got it right then in there what a crew you have 100% satisfaction.

Property is very manicured, in a great location. And so friendly when you enter and a property looks really nice.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the kids had a nice time in the pool although they don't have one for the little kids that can't swim on their own. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly!!!

One of the four rooms that were rented had an ant infestation. Breakfast was limited on choices. The elevator stays hot and has a smell but a little of our Air freshener fixed that

It was clean good breakfast however no smoking rooms available was told when booked on booking .com I chose a smoking room all good though .

The pool wasn't that great however works

The employees Brie and Carol were amazing and there was another lady that I didn’t catch her name. They went above and beyond. So helpful and nice. Could have chatted with them all day if we could. Pool was very nice and relaxing.

The shower could have definitely been cleaner. The shower head had too much build up on it. The pool towels aren’t big enough to do anything with except maybe dry off a baby. When booking it said 20 minutes away for Holiday World and it’s 30! Could use some way to air out the pool area as it get steamy if your just sitting. Didn’t get pictures because I didn’t think about it honestly.

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great with non pork options one morning. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay there next time I’m in the area.

They should offer non pork meat options for breakfast every day and not just some days.

Everything. I have traveled extensively with the Army the last 30 years and am very familiar with IHG. I have family in Tell City and will use IHG again. I would recommend staying here to family and friends.

Breakfast was very good and a large variety was available.

No coffee refills for our second morning in our room. A/C wasn’t great. It never got really cool even after the front desk guy came to adjust it.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past when visiting Holiday World. It’s always been good. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly.

Like most places these days, they may have been a little short staffed. They goofed on making the bed. One night, we came back and the bed was stripped of sheets and not remade. Isolated thing, appeared they just forgot to come back.

Kids loved the pool. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The light was also very unique in the rooms. Bathroom was large and clean.

Breakfast was a little slow to refill when things ran out.
