Quality Inn & Suites

Location was great in relation to holidayworld. Breakfast was actually decent. The beds were sooooo comfortable.

Breakfast area was SO crowded. Lines took a long time and had to eat in our room. (It was Labor Day weekend though) the pool area was super drafty which made it pretty cold even though the water was fairly warm. Was charged a pet fee even though we did not bring a pet or sign a pet agreement. This was corrected!

Location was perfect. Hotel was very clean.

I had to cancel 2nd night of our stay. I called and left a message. No return call. Booking.com website was little to no help. Sent an email to property through Booking.com which hotel never seemed to have received. Was able to cancel when I arrived.

I loved the location being close to restaurants, CVS and Holiday World. I could literally look out my window and see Taco Bell. The staff was very nice and friendly especially Terra who was very informative about places to go and explore.

Everything was clean and the beds very comfy and anything we needed the staff was prompt about getting. The only thing was the stopper in the tub wasn’t working but I did let the front desk know about it so they can have it fixed for the next guests. My credit card tried to keep charging me for the cot that I didn’t need or receive. But eventually, the credit returned back to my card. My overall stay was amazing and we will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended!

This place was excellent. The location is superb, directly adjacent to any route you need in any direction yet removed from the auto noise. The lobby and room were clean and felt fresh and taken care of. The folks working were friendly and warm. It was a positive time.

The food was great. There was a good selection to choose from. Not to expensive for a family vacation.

It was a little noisy but to be expected considering I’m sure a lot of families was staying there after their visit to holiday world. So a lot of children there.

I love Quality Inn they're usually very nice when I choose to stay there.

The breakfast usually takes too long because there is never enough waffle irons which seems to be a crowd favorite. Maybe in the future there can be another on add to make breakfast go more smoothly.

Room size was good. Bathroom vanity was larger than many we've had before. Very clean, fairly new, Outlets conveniently placed.

Small, slow elevator. Breakfast area was small for number of guests.

The hotel was clean and comfortable! Close to Holiday World and easy to get to. Close to fast food restaurants and gas station. We slept so well and hotel was quiet even though they were completely booked!

Didn’t realize that hotel was in eastern time zone so driving from Holiday World (central time zone) we “lost” an hour.

Well looking rooms very spacious.

The toilet was dirty on top and bottom. Bathroom counter had something hard stuck to it but over all it was good. Bed was a little to soft for my liking but it was comfortable enough.

The front desk was amazing , so nice , room was clean and very comfortable . The location was perfect , close to restaurants and a short drive to Holiday World, will def stay again !
