Quality Inn and Conference Center Richmond

Everything. Every time I drive up to Richmond, this place has been like my go to spot for about 4 years. the rooms are nice size and comfortable. The price is great. The rooms are clean. I’ve never had a bad experience with staff. The morning breakfast is good. simple but good. My recent stay there I was put on the 4th floor. They are currently remodeling the property but there was no noise at all. I will continue to make this my goto place to stay when I come up.

Clean and affordable. The breakfast is pretty simple which is fine by me. I’ve been coming to this hotel off and on for a long time now and have not been dissatisfied. Rooms are clean and quiet. It’s also on the side of Richmond that’s active with stores and restaurants.

Not really nothing to dislike about. They’re in the middle of upgrading the hotel so they’re working on updating the rooms and stuff. The pool is still closed but you’re told all of that before you come there.

Room was clean. Hotel staff helpful. There is a bar/restaurant on site where ppl were hanging outside partying, smoking and being loud but once inside hotel you couldn’t hear anything. There are some rooms that you need to use stairs for and can’t use the luggage’s carrier to get to your room. Hotel does accept pets in rooms. Overall, very good experience. Used booking.com to get a better rate than walk-in price.

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. We were traveling across country and this was a great rate for our one night's sleep.

When we checked in, the front desk clerk was so quiet, I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. The mask and the plexiglass barrier didnt help with our communication at all. The breakfast here used to have hot items like bacon, eggs, sausage, etc. It really is just the usual fare that you get everywhere else, now. No hot foods. The pillows on the beds were small squares instead of rectangles. They were uncomfortable.

The breakfast was ok. Wish for a little different fruit than just apples and oranges. Bananas would have been nice. But overall ok.

There was no fan in the bathroom. The door to bathroom won’t shut. Mildew damage on the walls and ceiling tiles not laying good. Grout was black as me needed good cleaning. But I understand remodeling so hope that will all be addressed

The beds were very comfortable. The location was ok and hotel was easy to find.

The smoking area in the front has no bench or chairs. The smoking area in the back has too many benches and I asked the manager to put one in the front where it's shady (the back area is in full sun) but he ignored my request. The microwave in our room didn't work so we had to go to the breakfast food area to heat our food. I reported that also and nothing was done. I had requested a ground floor room when I made reservations but was put on the 3rd floor. There is no ground floor. Have to climb stairs to the 1st floor. Bad design in my opinion as it's not wheelchair accessible. Had to ask several times for coffee packets everyday. The room should have been cleaner.

The room was large, very clean and comfortable--especially as I had driven all day from Virginia to Indiana. Wifi and TV were great also. Comfortable beds were just the ticket for me. There are plenty of outlets all around the room--by the bed, at the desk and along wall. Amenities included, coffeemaker, microwave and fridge. Excellent location--right off highway and near to many food and other businesses.

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Pool and hot tub were closed since Covid I was told at desk upon check-in. It was never mentioned on the site before booking. Wish breakfast had more that just waffles for hot option. Walls were very thin and could hear others. Bedspread was stained on bottom, desk chair was all ripped up, and the soap wrapper looked like it had dirt or feces on it.

Beds were SUPER comfortable. The touch-free pancake making machine in the breakfast area was fun to use and made great pancakes. Otherwise, the breakfast was so-so with not a lot of variety.

Other guests were sloppy and spilled drinks on the floor in the dining area, hallways and elevators, and the cleaning staff was unable to keep up with their mess making.

It was very handy, being right along the route we were taking, it was pet- friendly, and the price we got through Booking. com was reasonable.
