I liked that it was close to the main road where everything is just along. The parking lot was very well lit at night and it was very clean outside and in.

Nit picking here, but the hall ways and elevator are exceptionally warm compared to the room temps. It’s not unbearable or anything but my girlfriend and I thought it was because of the humidity of the pool/hot tub. Beyond that everything else was great!

Conveniently located to Creek ridge park down the road.

Prices were doubled for one night stay because of a festival at the lake. Breakfast consisted of waffles, biscuits and gravy. Instant oatmeal couldn't be made properly because there wasn't even a microwave. For the price we paid ($288 for one night) I felt breakfast could have been better. We were in town for a family event. This hotel doesn't have elevators, but I knew that so knowing my 80 yr old parents couldn't carry luggage up the stairs, I requested first floor when I booked it. In all fairness, all the hotels doubled their prices all the way to Laporte.

The breakfast was better than some. For paying what we did $264 we would have liked a healthier more enjoyable breakfast with some eggs, bacon, fresher fruit. Bananas were strange a little green but weird texture. Some andouille sausage and maybe some potatoes etc would have been great. More than one waffle maker because everyone was standing around. The sausage gravy ran out so no one could get sausage gravy for the biscuit at 8:00. Breakfast was til 9:00 am. She then brought out the rest of the gravy maybe only 1 1/2 cups and it was luke warm. 🤢 The rooms and bathroom were awesome. We stayed in a King. The air and fans were AWESOME!!!! Thank you! Bed was comfortable. Receptionist when we got there was phenomenal!

The high price. That was the worst thing. 2 nd worst thing was the unsightly pool not kept up. Needed a new paint job or cleaning. Not sure what it was all over the bottom of the pool. Hot tub was very small . Looked bigger in pics. Disappointed about those two things. Didn’t even use them when we had planned too because it was our Anniversary getaway. Wish the breakfast had more variety and healthier foods.

The hotel staff was WONDERFUL! Linda was the associate who checked us in, and she was very helpful and accomodating. She helped us with a room snafu (my fault!), recommended restaurants and activities and was a customer service professional! What an asset to her manager and that property! The breakfast was good, well-stocked and good choices. The breakfast room attendant made sure everything was clean and welcoming as the tables turned over.

No complaints at all.

Linda was absolutely FABULOUS, very friendly, and accommodating. The location is great. WalMart around the corner, Culver's and a gas station across the street. 10 minutes from Downtown and 14 minutes to Washington beach.

The facility is a little dated, and the rooms are basic. Our fridge and T.V. in the bedroom didn't work. The breakfast was ok.

The location was great the room is nice and clean the staff were friendly and helpful.

I said this my last stay. You guys have got to buy some new pillows. I could not sleep the pillows are horrible. Also the toilet is very low to the ground. We had 3 rooms everyone almost 50 plus years old the toilet was a challenge. They could also use some safety bars in and around the shower to hold on too. I won't be returning because of the pillows and the toilet though. Sorry

My wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair at night when she removes her prosthetics so the room has ample space to move about and has a raised toilet and shower bench in the bathroom. A good assortment of breakfast foods were offered at a nice time frame.

Need a little update on shelving for frig, ice maker broken on first level needs fixing, and toilet was leaking and had long bolt holding it at bottom to floor.

Lady at front desk was very polite & friendly. Breakfast area was clean and options were sufficient. Room was also clean, furniture could be updated.

Room felt a little warm. Tried to adjust air but didn’t seem to make difference.

First impression, the lobby was small but very inviting. I liked the look of the staircase. Location was close to what I needed. Easy on off the highway. Breakfast choices were pretty good. The bed was comfortable. The area was pretty quiet.

The room was a little tight. The height of the toilet, it's very low. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was lukewarm.

The room was clean, adequate size. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and ensured we were comfortable. The cleaning staff even let us check out a room they were cleaning when my kids took interest in the amenities and size of the room. The pictures are a fairly accurate representation. The area isn’t bad, there’s many restaurants nearby; the homeless are resourceful and hang around.

The pool and hot tub were not clean. There was nowhere to sit in the rooms other than on the bed; made eating inconvenient.
