We were in town for business and then caught the Luke Bryan show as well. Great area and we didn't even realize it was connected to the Ford Center until we got there. Big time Plus!

We did have a hidden fee that we were told we didn't have to worry about. While checking in the hostess told us not to worry about parking fees because the gate was up. When we checked out I received a receipt for two nights of parking that equaled about $35. Not a nice unexpected charge.

I understand that housekeeping staff is short handed everywhere but the attention to detail in cleaning was lacking. There was so much dust in my room and the carpet needed a through vacuuming also the upholstery needed to be cleaned.

The room was fine. Staff good.

The walk from parking to room was ridiculous. Outside in pouring rain. Once inside the trip to the room is more ridiculous. Having to get off elevator at bar with all our luggage and then another obstacle course to room was beyond frustrating. For these reasons we won’t return or recommend this hotel. Sorry.

nicely decorated, spacious. heating and air worked great and were very quiet unlike most hotels. comfortable. TV wasn’t working but they fixed it immediately. gym looked nice

could have been cleaner on the third floor where I stayed. shower was nice but floor of shower stained. nice but not as clean as it should be for the price. hallway could be vacuumed. ugly view from room

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. Close to the ford center with the Skywalk. Staff was friendly. Bar was cozy.

There was no notification about a hold on my card for the stay. They put a hood on the amount of the room plus $50 on my card. What would have happened if I drove all the way down there and didn't have an extra $250 on my card for them to hold onto for up to 3-5 days

Used the app to request an upgrade and was able to get a corner king suite. It was huge. Perfect to do some work while my husband watched TV. Nice big couch. If we had one of kids with us it would have been perfect for them. Parking is a little awkward to get to but not a big issue. Perfect location especially if you have to go to the convention center or Ford Arena. Lots of great places to eat around. It has a Starbucks inside and a great breakfast buffet. Ask about what you can order off the menu. We learned after we had gone to the buffett that other to order items were included with our breakfast.

The rooms were very clean. Overall was clean. Could have kept up dishes in hallway a little better.

The setup of the hotel was a little confusing and got turned around a few times.

We were upgraded without our knowledge and that was really nice. The girl at the front desk, Kayla I believe...she was wonderful. She was so helpful over the phone and in person.

Everything was honestly great. There were a few spots that housekeeping overlooked but nothing that really made us bat an eye.
