Wingate by Wyndham LaGrange

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, carpet was clean, bathroom was clean and in good condition. Hotel is in a nice area - relatively close to restaurants (by car, not really walking distance), but is the last hotel on the way out of town so it's fairly quiet around the hotel.

Bed was sort of hard, and the bathroom toilet seat was sort of wonky. Those are minor. The only major issue was that the electric outlets were all very loose, so nothing would stay plugged in. I had to squeeze our plug prongs in a bit so they'd get a tight fit. Not a huge deal, but something that really should be fixed at some point.

Really liked the room. Was very clean and comfortable. Very nice size. Bed was very nice and had a good night sleep. A/C worked wonderfully! The floor was quiet and was not disturbed by other guests walking down the halls.

Shower curtain was not put on properly but I was able to fix it. Ice machine was out of order so we had to buy ice from a store. Only 1 working elevator and it was VERY slow. Breakfast was not that great. I was expecting a real hot breakfast but seemed close to a continental breakfast.

The cleanliness compared to the last hotel I stayed in was night and day. Very nice breakfast available. Brand new bed and TV in my room, which was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed this property so much I decided to stay another week while I continue looking for a house to purchase.

The lights that shine on the front of the building are very, very bright at night.

The location was good for our visit to Callaway Gardens, a 30 minute drive. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have a room for us, though we had our reservations which they had in front of them. But the associate (wish I had gotten her name) we attentive to the situation and went to work. She soon announced she it arranged for us, which entailed an upgrade. I was surprised when we entered our room, much more than we anticipated. Thank you for taking care of us.

Having to leave on Sunday.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The receptacles need to be up dated. Using the plug in the bathroom my wife's curling iron and the hair dryer kept falling out. They do not have any USB ports anywhere in the room.These were minor thing since we were only staying one night. We will use this location again because of the people-they were great especially the lady who was on the desk when we checked in.

The electrical plugs need updated maybe add ones with USB ports by the bed or desk.

Snoring from adjacent rooms on both sides was audible, but we managed to sleep, so it's all good; Would have liked whole grain options and fresh fruit for breakfast, but my son enjoyed making his own waffles

When I needed a suppy I left at home, Wyndham staff gave me what I needed PLUS a few extra. Also it was nice to have access to a computer and printer during our stay. The beds were so comfy, loved the pillows best, and breakfast was delicious!

When we checked in the front desk person told us there MIGHT not be a cot available for us, but he never sent anyone to formally check. And no one followed up with us on this need.

Room was very spacious and clean. Location was great as we also visited Callaway Gardens and Pine mountain during our stay. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The pillows are travel size, so very small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping made the bed and took out the trash but didn't put bags back in the trash cans, didn't leave clean towels or more coffee. Almost was like they left mid-cleaning.

We stayed here for 10 days after coming from Canada to pick up an RV we purchased. We loved it. It was comfortable, had everything we needed plus more. The rooms are beautiful with hardwood floors and high end beds. The pool was beautiful and the staff are friendly and kind. We're excited about our new RV but will find it hard to leave!

Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like about our accommodations.

Room was good enough for family of 4 (took 2 queen beds). Breakfast was very good.

Missing TV remote - had to ask twice to get one.. when it is booked for a family of 4, pl remember to place 4 towels .. we got when we ask, but it can be avoided, as you know the # of ppl arriving on a particular room.
