Hilton Garden Inn Brunswick

This is a place that's thought of everything you'll need and quite a bit you'll want. Everything is new and clean. The room was big and comfortable. There's an ATM. There are a lot of snack options. There's a restaurant with good food! I was able to get a good breakfast at the very end of the open time. I was well welcomed.

The price is a little higher...but it's worth it. However, there was one tiny disappointment. We got to the restaurant on our arrival evening (after an awful drive) several minutes BEFORE closing...and was turned away. I was able to get a snack. But it was a dent in an otherwise splendid hotel experience.

Taylor at check in is a wonderful way to start. She is knowledgeable and honest. You don't find that often anymore. Her cheery personality made my day. She had me smiling and in my room quickly. The hotel is modern and clean. There is a bar and restaurant. Food was ok. They also have a bar. Drinks, martini was good. The waitress, Hannah is a star also. She made me feel at home and shared her favorites with me. They were good! Go for the strawberry cake! She was my dinner and breakfast waitresses. Although the complimentary breakfast is very confusing,the poor girl patiently explained it to several guests while I was in the dining room. Someone had gone home at the sister hotel and she was taking care of both . Along with the chef. They both handled the situation very well. For me the staff made an experience night feel worth what I paid. Hint...book on line. It's cheaper.

The breakfast situation is crazy. It's free or it's not. Should be simple

We have stayed here twice. We stay here because it is halfway between of our journey to Rock Hill, SC from Sebring, FL. We love our room both times. It was so comforting. Clean. Love the shower. We travel with small dog French Bulldog and she acts like she owns the place and everyone loves her.

Prices are very expensive. So, we only stay one nite. Food prices are high.

Breakfast was ok. There was a guy named David. I remember his smile and his willingness to go the extra mile. Good job! Also the lady that checked us in. I can't remember her name but she previously worked on Jekyll island. She was excellent. Very good representation of your company and the first person they meet.

Food choices.

The room and other areas were clean and the noise in the halls was very minimal. When I arrived the check-in process was taking an exceptionally long time due to a computer delay but they offered us a slice of fresh baked pizza for our long wait.

The air conditioner in room 301 was not easy to successfully regulate the temperature to a comfortable median. It seemed to be very dusty in the vent.

The attendant that waited on me was excellent. Handling his job and many others at the same time. He's new it was his 7th day and he did an outstanding job making sure our room was clean. We did wait quite a while, but I rather wait and it be done right than rush and be disappointed. He was very apologetic I assured him it was no problem. He thank me and said you're a God send. I told him he was very pleasant with me on the phone and in person and I understand being short staffed and not to worry. I told him I'm a patient person. I cannot recall his name I want to say Brandon but I'm sure that probably not it. If so please tell him I said job well done! Let him know I was the one traveling with my 81 year old grandmother. He should remember me. Hope this helps. Sherrie Johnson

The bathroom wasn't handicapped accessible for my grandmother but we made do. I also asked for late checkout that Dunday and the lady downstairs said I couldn't have late check out on that day. So we ended up taking grandmother to the water park but she and I just sat in the car. While the others enjoyed the park. Other than that everything else was good.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Noise fron interstate by Hilton during the night. I could hear trucks all night long. The air could have been set to run all the time. I wish I had done that to drown out the road noise. Otherwise, I loved my stay, and will stay here again. Hopefully on the other side of the hall.;). .

location and cleanliness

no free breakfast...but the connecting hotel had free breakfast...workers were rude telling hilton garden inn customers that they could not go on home 2 suites side. I have stayed at this same hotel before and both had free breakfast. i will not stay here again because of this.

The pool was our favorite part! It's indoor so even when it was storming we were able to swim! Plus the rooms and hallways were super clean and well lighted!

I wasn't a big fan of the restaurants food that is in the hotel. Not worth the price.

I would definitely recommend this place. Great location, nearby I95 and very convenient to stay during the trip. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. I arrived at around 6pm and enjoyed the pool. There’s also a 24 hrs gym. The restaurant serves great food and the waitress is so nice and sweet!
