I enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy, and my room was super clean!! the staff was amazing, super friendly! The guy that worked during the day was the most pleasant man ever! He went above for us!! The location was down the street from my family, so that was incredible!! I would definitely stay here EVERYTIME I COME TO AMERICUS GEORGIA!!
My room had these stains on the walls as if someone threw liquid and it just ran down the walls!! It was dirty looking (the walls)

I like the consistency of standards in Hampton Inns - rooms are always well designed, beds comfortable and rooms clean. Breakfast is generally better than in other chain hotels of similar price range

The front Desk member Johnny was so awesome and knew answers to questions and handled an issue I had immediately.. The cook I forgot her name was so awesome.. Andrea was very helpful as well.
That the mattress pad on the bed was disgustingly filthy .urine stains and brown sweat or body stains. Seemed to be never washed..But once I contacted housekeeping and Johnny who made sure things were taken care of..

The freshness walking in the door The front desk staff housekeeping staff everyone was so nice they spoke they talked to my daughter the breakfast attendant she does so well I have nothing bad to say at all . Only complaint was a water bug got into my room after raining two days but I love this place the cleaning was it for me I love going places and you can literally smell and see the effort

The Staff went above and beyond to make my stay an excellent one and I really did appreciate all they did from the front desk to the kitchen staff to housekeeping they were all wonderful.

The breakfast was good but need to serve bacon on the weekends, I thought for a moment that Georgia ran out of bacon everything was good
