La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham-Albany GA

Check in was really easy and the receptionist had great customer service. She informed me thought that my room would be ready in an hour as staff was still cleaning but when I returned the previous guests trash was still in the room with sheets on the bed. I left again and came back in another hour just for the room to still be uncleaned. I then went to check in and the same receptionist was there, I told her everything and she apologized for the issues I was dealing with and got me into another room that was cleaned. I appreciated her so much.

I didn't like how my room was still not cleaned after two hours when I saw at least 3 members of the cleaning staff when I first came in. It seemed like no one had even bothered to go in there and clean anything.

The location was perfect for us and it was around plenty of places to eat and grab a quick breakfast. The staff was super wonderful especially since we brought our cat and they helped give us a first floor room since our cat was a little scared to even be there. The room was wonderful and the shower had good water pressure.

I do admit the pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked. There were a few dents and things on the walls but I'm sure they have plans to fix those.

Room 223 was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast room was nice and breakfast was okay/average...with a fairly good selection. Just a note...hotel was doing some updating and/or possibly repair work too. Should be even nicer when finished.

No real complaints....except morning desk clerk said she couldn't print out a receipt for me. She said I would get it by email...I have yet to receive it, and that was 3 days ago.

This property was super nice. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the hotel, non-smoking rules, breakfast, etc. The bathroom was nice I loved the glass shower and the TV allowed my boyfriend to setup his PS5 for us to watch movies and play games. This hotel was super great and very affordable.

We had a room at the very end of the hall and had to hear the door slam the entire night.

The staff was very pleasant. The property was clean and in a great location. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. They served a nice free breakfast as well. No complaints!!!!

The front desk staff was exceptional. It made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Truly best in the business, even compared to hotels that charge $400+ a night.

Internet was not at all reliable. i had to connect to my mobile hotspot to be able to work from my hotel room. Verizon would occasionally throttle hotspot, so I had to go work at Starbucks one of the mornings. Not ideal.

The property is spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. Beautiful layout. I enjoyed my stay overall!

The phone in the room didn’t work (I’m case of emergency), but I informed the staff for the next guest. the lighting in the halls was a little dark considering I arrived at night and was alone. It would have also helped to have a lamp at the desk since I was studying for an important test.

Great location, conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping mall and businesses

The dining area, gym and pool was under construction. The pool was empty and not available. This was not listed and was a unexpected surprise after checking in

Breakfast was good. Consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, grits (no so good). Bagels, Toast, cereal. Nothing special but as it was included and easy to get too it was nice to have it available.

Not their fault, but not much for restaurants in the location. You would have to go closer into town for more choices. Though it didn't help we arrived quite late so our options were limited anyway.

The front desk was amazing, so nice. The location is convenient to anything you may need. I really liked how our room was so open !! We had a king bed with couch and i would recommend that for anyone traveling with 1 - 3 people

There wasn't much I didn't like. I only stayed one night passing through on the way home . I didn't check out the facilities so I'm not sure how those were. Breakfast could have used a lil help ... but hey !! It's a free meal
