Diamond Head Beach Resort

I loved that the resort was right on the beach. I was glad they had the chairs and umbrellas up and ready every morning on the beach. The resort is a great location to everything; shops, restaurants, and bridge.

I did not like that the fun and really good Cabanas bar/grill closed early. I wished they stayed open until after the sunset. People are still on beach and pool area until this time and they close. Also, I would of liked if they did not have us get up from our paid beach chairs at 5:00pm. I love staying on beach to see the sunset, but they come around and put all chairs and umbrellas up at 5pm.

You could not ask for a better view of the Gulf, Great porch/ Balcony, nice room, and comfortable bed, The staff was helpful and kind. This resort is located in the perfect spot on Ft. Meyers Beach. You can walk anywhere with ease. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were the highlight of the trip.

the couch was terrible luckily we did spend much time in the room. The housekeeping precautions (COVID) were a pain but not that bad. I was hoping that the fitness center was open but that was not the case. Otherwise Diamond Head was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Location, and the staff was absolutely amazing! We will always stay or dine (we did both) where service is amazing! But in this instance the food, service, and cocktails we superb! Thank you Diamond Head!!!

They are still recovering from Hurricane Ian, and I am certain they will be back to 100% before long. And I encourage everyone to visit the Ft Myers area and lend your support to one of the greatest places Florida has to offer!

We were very happy with our room and the ocean view. It was comfortable and well equipped with what we needed. The pool and beach were exceptional.

Was not impressed with the menu selection at the restaurant, especially if you are at the resort for a week or more. There was no breakfast service either as the restaurant wasn't open until 11:00 am.

great location and view. you must u fees tans that city is still being rebuilt. the area around beach could be cleaned better. we pick up 20 pieces of trash on beach pool area was great!

The suite was huge! Massive king bed and huge sofa bed in separate living room and kitchen. The whole place was huge! it was our favorite room all week. Full kitchen and breakfast bar. Bathroom had entrance from master bedroom or lounge. The most comfortable bed. We where on 2nd floor. They are renovating higher floors. We were concerned about other reviews on this hotel but none of them turned out true for us. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good value with great pool and beach. Free parking on site.

Property location and cleanliness was excellent. Staff was pleasant and willing to help. Highly recommend to those looking to book a nice get away yet still close to downtown and all the action.

The only thing was due to Covid policy there was no daily room cleaning and the sand was stacking up!

We had a fully stocked kitchenette with plates/ coffee cups Etc. They supply you with actual Beach Towels !!! 🙂 The Balcony was Large with an Amazing view of the Gulf / Beach ⛱️. The customer service is Outstanding, the ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. You can even use the pool after you have checked out because you might have a later Flight like we did. 5 Stars 🤩. All the way !!!!!!!

Drinks from bar were tasty. Beach towels were wonderful (large not small and hotel towel like)and the guys that set up all the beach chairs and umbrellas. The view and easy to hit the beach. We also Loved!! the parasailing just down the beach from us!

We visited right before the holiday season. On a whim we decided we would love to have stayed a few more days. Price of 2 more nights came close to what we paid for 6 days. So unfortunately we had to go home as scheduled. Bummer for us!! BUT we will save up until the wonderful day we can return!
