We just stayed for seven nights with a party of seven of us. The location was great. Lots to do in the area. Our room was in a great location for easy access to the pool and tiki bar. The entire staff from check in to check out was amazing. Polite, helpful and courteous. The bartenders at the tiki bar, Jen, Austin and Michelle made us feel right at home like we were drinking with old friends! The live bands were all perfect. Sounded great! Any question or concern we brought to the front desk was quickly addressed. The food at the tiki bar was delicious. I could go on... really it was a great place to stay. We already want to book again for a vacation next year! We had such a great time!

The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. Sometimes heating up a late night left over snack is much needed after a night of drinking 😉

I was in town for a very short time. After easily checking in, I went to the pool area for sunshine. Having the Tiki Bar and Grill next to the hotel was wonderful. It had a relaxed resort feel to it. Very easy to relax onsite with food and beverages right there. I would also like to compliment the staff. I interacted with 4 different people, and all were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

There was some car noise in the morning since I was on the street side of the property. It did not wake me up, or bother me.

The room was huge. Very clean and smelled nice. The receptionist was awesome!! Although it was freezing, lol, the pool looked amazing. And the tiki bar has great staff that helped us in the am get a soda and some menus!

We could not figure the TV to save our lives and we got there kinda late (7p) so no staff was working to ask for help but we still had a good stay! Also it was 12-23-22 so no staff is completely understand able.

location, perfect for me, close to people I was visiting, good food at the Tiki, could have a drink and did not need to worry about driving, live entertainment in the evening which funished at reasonable time, felt safe,

my room was on the second floor, Im 75, traveling alone, difficult to get luggage up the stairs, would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.

Our experience started with Megan. How wonderful she was during check in and checking out. She was so friendly and the whole experience was exceptional. I have been telling everyone. I love the old feel. The staircase going upstair gave me idk a old movie feeling. I wanted to pose on the the stairs. I give the whole experience an A+.

Absolutely nothing!

We loved the tiki, the drinks were great, the pool was very clean at all times, and our bed was so comfortable! Housekeeping was on point, left is plenty of towels, shampoo & conditioner as requested. Also liked the fact that the hotel provides pool towels...Live entertainment a big plus!!! 💯

The food at the tiki was generally ok, some stuff was overly done, but no big deal. Also they should start thinking about adding "sugar-free" sodas & red bull, as well as less sugar juices, coffee mate to their menu

Besides the fact that something went wrong with our payment AND that we arrived after openinghours of the reception, we slept very well and enjoyed the resort to the fullest. very clean and nice room, nice view on the swimmingpool and Tikihut.

that reception was not open 24/7. but to be honest, it was also memorial day… so they are excused.

Breakfast a good value. Other food excellent. As I tell all hotels, all bathrooms should have disability safety features. This could be improved. Pool and grounds excellent. Shout out to Meghan and Jen and Heather for being so kind!

A lovely place to stay and ALL staff (hotel and tiki bar) were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. Grateful to have the restaurant right on the property and that they were open all day for all meals. The food was delicious no matter what I had.

No elevator

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very central to many places to visit. It was clean and the access to the Tiki Bar Hut was great. The nightly live music was wonderful to have. Everyone was very kind.

The only negative thing I would have to say is since the resort has the Tiki Bar on site, parking can be an issue during busy times for the bar. We worked around it but there were times we had to park pretty far but this would not preclude me from staying again.
