Location great....food good

I didn't realize it was a pet friendly facility when I booked..however at least the animals were kinda kept separated or at I least I didn't have a lot of confrontation with them....Thank goodness... I love animals but people should realize there are a lot of people that are allergic and I am not comfortable around strange animals...Love your animals but leave them home with a sitter...

Staff was sooo nice the ladies that work around the building inside were all so nice to our children always smiling. Pool was always warm and open late Room was large and comfortable, balcony was awesome, although door was very heavy to open it kept all sound from bar and music outside out total silence when closed. Beds were ok not the softest but no issues sleeping LOCATION WAS AMAZING, immediate access to beach, 5 mins to gift shops, 10 mins to the boardwalk. Waffles and bacon were good! Loved that they had security that was around every night

The women that work outside in the tiki bar were kind of rude and standoff-ish and stopped right in the middle of making our drinks to eat and drink. Eggs at breakfast were not good but the waffles were delicious and they had a great selection for the kids Toilet took a few tries to flush and shower kept loosing pressure every few minutes Still damage from hurricane, but it did not affect our stay photos are just alittle different than what it looks like now

Our stay here was wonderful! The room, oceanfront view, balcony, tiki bar, free hot breakfast, and pool area were exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The customer service and pleasantness of all of the employees was amazing. Our overall experience was fantastic and we really enjoyed our vacation!

The only problem was the cleanliness of the room. The desk had a layer of dust on it as if the room had been vacant for sometime, the TV stand was old and worn out and needs to be replaced, and the refrigerator was dirty on the inside.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. I smelled bleach as soon as I walked in the room. The view was AMAZING!!!

I’ve worked in the hotel world for over 10+ years (almost 10 years ago) and one of the first things I learned was 10 or 15/5 rule. Basically you acknowledge the guest’s presence that are within so many feet and you speak if the guest is close. I didn’t get that at this hotel. My children and I walked to the lobby to get breakfast and I felt like we were just stared at from the people working the desk. The room was clean. There were random strains on hair like in the corners of the bathroom and stuck to the floor. Those can be a nuisance. Lint rollers. After the floor is clean, use lint rollers to get them up. Trust those will help during inspection time.

Pool area was still under reconstruction from hurricane damage last November

Location was great. Was staying before at Jax beach that was relatively more expensive but the water at Daytona was cleaner and the sand was better. Room was well equipped inside and we were booking it with balcony on 7th floor so the view on the ocean was awesome.

Water at the pool was not clean. The shower to clean up the sand from foot and body is installed at the far corner - so if you are going from the beach to the hotel room you most likely take all the sand to your room. we did first day as didn't find in the evening the shower.

The entire Staff was extremely friendly. Beautiful View from Oceanfront Balcony. Second day there the Beach Access was reopened from Hurricane damage. That was an awesome surprise. The daytime bartender was Fun!

The Safe in my room was broken, along with some of the furniture. Chips and Cracks in wood. Parking was difficult to find after 10pm. Could fully hear all conversations of adjoining room through the door.

Very nice room. Great ocean front room. Room was clean. Convenient location. For being on the beach, parking was great.

Nothing I can think of that we didn't like.

Location, Location! Friendly staff, Clean Rooms!

All the Hand Sanitizing Stations should be refilled more often, gloves and masks should required at the buffet, tables should be cleaned after ever guest.

My husband and I had a quick getaway! We enjoyed ourselves so, we added another day. The staff were awesome! Naomi was so nice and welcoming. The beach access is super convenient. The on-site restaurant is delicious; the quesadillas are beyond good. Everything we tried, including drinks were great! I can’t wait to come back and I want the same room #402 lol

Hard to find parking at night due to small parking lotZ but I did learn later they have an overflow lot.
