The location was great. Right on the beach and just a short walk to attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and front desk people didn't hesitate to give us extra towels and what not.

The breakfast was not great just prepackaged muffins so if you're expecting eggs and bacon not happening. Also they're working on a few rooms there so throwing out old things in dumpsters I'm assuming glass didn't make it in and I cut my foot open in the parking lot so wear shoes. Parking also sucks so walk if you can so you're not fighting for a parking spot. Other than those things we would definitely come back for sure!

great besides the mushroom isn’t working

mushroom didn’t work and ice machine and the some of the staff one girl that checked me out was rolling her eyes at another woman and being rude with me and the guy who checked me in couldn’t count the money i had to do it for him it took us over an hour to just get in our room and even then gave us the wrong room so we had to do it all over again and they woke me up the next morning because he didn’t finish the paperwork to come sign it knowing that we didn’t finally get into our room until after 2:00am and called at 9:30am for us to fill out paperwork

The room was a great size. Bathroom was clean. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave. Hot tub was nice and big.

The elevator was very dirty, scratched and smelled of urine. The beds felt like they were going to break to the floor when you rolled over. Not very comfy at all. Pool towels would have been useful.

Location is perfect, used this hotel for Rockville festival and the drive to a from was great. Underground parking was great. The pool was open and can was very nice and clean. Safety in who is allowed on the property made me feel safe.

The only downside was that the A/C seemed to have broke the 2nd night. It stopped blowing out cold air, so sleeping, changing clothes and cooling down after the beach was a bit difficult. Elevator was like a hot box 🥵

It was clean, and I didn't see any bugs or lizards in the room. It was just a walk across the parking lot to be on the beach. It was quiet, and there were no obnoxiously loud or unruly guests. I had a 3rd floor street view room.

Light switches should be closer to the bed or atleast have a lamp on one of the night stands also there should be some sort of charging station to plug into, for those if us that forgot the the wall plug for the charging cord 🙄.

I always enjoy myself at the boardwalk. This was our first time on ground level right by the pool. I highly recommend, especially having little ones. Baby napped, and I could still be outside with my monitor and watch my family by the pool. Remodel is looking very nice, can't wait to see it done, hopefully next year.

Doors were very heavy and hard to open both entrance and sliding glass doors, hopefully they are on the remodeling list. Also mabye higher toilets.

The location is amazing! Right on the beach! The room is smaller but we didn't spend much time there anyway. There is a small pizza shop right across the street, get a Stromboli, you won't be disappointed! Walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

Checkin and checkout was slower than I'm used to but the staff was very friendly. My only real complaint was the moisture in the room, but being on the beach I'm not sure what the recourse is. Do be prepared to pay a $150 deposit, I paid cash and got it back at checkout after they checked my room.

I really liked the size and set up of the room. It had all we needed while staying. Unfortunately, the cafeteria was closed due to Covid-19 so there was no continental breakfast, but we still enjoyed our stay. I loved that this hotel was right down from the Boardwalk where all the carnivals and shops are. I also liked that the main beach entry for cars is right on the corner of our hotel. I just enjoyed watching the cars drive in and park on the beach.

The lady working the front desk on Monday Morning July 25th was the most polite amazing lady I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a trip. We was there on our honeymoon. She got our room ready way earlier bc we had been traveling through the night and was exhausted. She told us where all the nice restaurants and shopping places and attractions was. Overall She gets a 100 out of 10. The inn was amazing and located within walking distance to the beach and all the attractions. Look forward to another stay.

The only issue we had was the vending machines downstairs didn't take our money but when ur that close to all the stores it's ok.

The room was beautiful. the employees all very responsive, and polite. the View of the beach awesome! the pool area was clean and well organized. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. its close to all of the downtown happenings, but away enough from the crowds so its not to loud and busy. I was pretty stressed out on our way to the hotel, from reading the previous reviews.. We were relieved to find all of our expectations were met and or exceeded.

if there was one thing, its the beds... they are so firm and uncomfortable. we fixed that by bringing an extra comforter so it could be softer. I mean there's a way to fix everything right :) parking was a bit tight, but it was 4th of July in Daytona Beach, what did we expect.
