Quality Inn Waterbury

.1st I didnt realize I booked a motel. But once we walked in I was happy we did. My car was parked infront of my door. I was with my kids and I know motels aren't family friendly from what I've seen. But they didn't even notice the difference once we walked in. They love staying in hotels and now they loved this motel. Very very Clean. Smells good. Beds where comfortable I feel asleep so fast . Thats a big deal for me. Thank u for the stay. I also liked the fact the heat was on it was very cold outside and we came in it was so cozy.

My mother was approached by someone staying there asking her if she smoked something, she didn't understand what it was that he was asking for. Then asked her if she was good like if she wanted to buy something. She was smoking a cigarette and ran inside didn't even finish!

Breakfast was doable it was more continental, I enjoyed making my tea every morning and Oatmeal. Housekeeping was great I came back to my room and it was always clean and restocked with towels and wash clothes. Front desk staff was always polite. I had no issues.

Wi-fi wasn't the strongest but it was ok.

I like the breakfast and soft beds. I like how quiet it was in room. The staff was very pleasant as well, I always have a nice time there .

It would be nice to have sausage or eggs with breakfast. If the tv pivoted on hinge it would be good for when your soaking in the tub. The stair ways can have better lighting

I really like the location when I come to Connecticut. Very convenient to any place I have to go. Naugatuck or Torrington are easy to get to from this location

I can't think of anything. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was good. Waffles are always a good thing. No regular coffee though.

Toilet ran all night. Bed was creaking. Roll over and it creaked. Over all a good place. I didn’t want to call and complain as I was trying to get sone rest. Very clean and staff pleasant and feel it’s managed well.

The staff was really the most excellent point during my stay at quality inn. Rosana was so helpful that she made my stay very pleasant.

Personally I would have like more availability for shopping from a walking distance. I think that it was fine

The convenience of booking ahead because we were arriving after midnight. The room was just what I had expected from the advertised information.

The location. When you pulled up it looked like a trucker's stop and a midnight rambler's do drop in.

Breakfast was exactly as advertised, coffee particularly good.

There was a ruckus the first night for about an hour. Staff called the police and had the perpetrators removed.

Nice comfortable beds. Mattress seemed quite new. During Covid-19, kitchen gave out nice hot breakfasts, pre-packaged to bring back to our rooms. Breakfast was quite adequate Coffee and juice bar. Easy access to interstate.

I liked the location. The room was clean and cozy.

There could of been for choices for breakfast and the coffee machine only gave a half cup .
