The room and bed were very comfortable. I had a room which was an upgrade, but I would have loved a walk in shower, but the bathroom was quite nice. I would have given a top rating, but they are renovating so it was quite noisy in room above me. staff was too nice to make it a terrible distraction. loved the pool for exercise.

I had the pool to myself and I never saw anybody in it but me. loved it daily for an hour of exercise.

The main reason I chose this location was because I had to bring my dog overnight with me. Sadly, there’s very few main hotel chains that will let your canine companion travel with you, even though they’re MUCH better behaved than the drunken teenagers & adults we encountered this evening.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was how outdated the furniture was, especially the bed & it’s frame. The mattress was a bit soft & boucy which made me wake up with a backache.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice/kind. It was close to many restaurants.

The bedroom was really cold. It took us a while before we figured the bedroom had a different Thermostat from the living room area. The ice machine did not have ice but we got some from the front desk. A small dish detergent would have been nice.

I like the fact that the rooms come with a stove and etc. for home cooking. Bathroom and other places were adequately clean; no real complaints. Liked that they offered breakfast. Bed was comfy and clean.

Initially booked for a jacuzzi room but received an email that said that it wasn't available and that my room was changed to a room w/o it. Maybe a small compensation or something would have suffice.

The facility was clean. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I could have possibly needed. Everyone I came in contact with was wearing a mask.

I really didn't dislike anything. The ceilings are thin; the people upstairs seemed to have a very active large dog who ran around the floor all night. That, however, is out of the hotel's control.

I stayed in a Two bedroom suite, it was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was very convenient, lots of places to shop near by.

Wish the pool was opened for timed slots. My children really wanted to go swimming. Room was for 9 people, only had dishes for 4. I brought alot of my own stuff.

Everything was good. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit soft for our taste. Staff was very friendly.
