the room is really big, with king size bed and really new and clean bathroom. The breakfast was nice as it has a waffle machine and can make your own in the moment :)

the shuttle service they offer to pick you up at the airport. In the email confirmation they tell you to call them when arrived, but then there is a registered voice message that tells you that it is only 1 per hour ... so had to wait 45 minutes to get it! It is really exhausting when you have already traveled more than 15 hours by plane.

The bedding was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The airport shuttle driver was personable and the shuttle was prompt.

The caulk on the base rail on the shower was detached so the bathroom floor was very wet after using the shower. I told the person at the front desk as we were checking out just so they would know to address it, and she didn’t seem to even make a note of it or double check the room number. We left a note in the room, as well, in hopes someone would address it so the next person’s clothing does not get soaked as ours did.

Excellent breakfast. Everything one might want for breakfast was available. Very efficient breakfast cook. Our room was nicely appointed and very clean.

The Denver airport is strange and is in a weird location. It was quite windy with tumbleweed blowing through the parking lot. This has nothing to do with the hotel but rather the location chosen for the airport and all the support facilities.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and the stay quiet. The location was very good.

The person working the front desk was rather rude and acted as if our checking in was a bother for her. I reserved 2 rooms but only the reservation for one room showed up on the computer. Since we needed 2 rooms, I had to ask if there were other rooms available. Front desk clerk needs to work on her people skills if she is going to represent Sleep Inn.

The two girls on reception were brilliant 👏 we had an issue with the bathroom ....fixed in a few minutes ..room temp and facilities were great .....everybody was so nice and helpful ....breakfast was a treat ....no fuss plenty choice .....we will be returning before our flight home in. a few days and would recommend 1000 % !!!!

Very little ....and not so much didn't like but just an observation.....a hand rail in the tub would be helpful for mobilities issues ....abd that's all !

would’ve been good to know more clearly when the airport shuttle runs and from where exactly at the airport. Standing out in freezing temperatures waiting at the airport wasn’t much fun. while breakfast was pretty good, there’s so much packaging waste eg small coffee milks, condiments. it would be great if the hotel could develop an eco policy within a climate change context.

I liked the breakfast a lot. Nothing very fancy but everything was fresh and of sufficient quantity. The rooms a relatively recently renovated. The lobby is minimalistic but clean, cozy and not annoying in any aspect. Overall would definitely stay again overnight between flights. P.S. Don't forget to book your shuttle to the airport spot for the morning.

Convenient shuttle bus from airport to the hotel. The staff are accommodative and extremely friendly! Thank you for allowing me to ship my luggages prior to my arrival! Loved that the breakfast area was easily accessible to hang out with my friends. I had a very restful and comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

Did not have any body shampoo but luckily I brought my own just in case

Great location outside of DIA on Tower Road. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Staff nice. Breakfast your typical breakfast at hotels but they start at 4am for the early travelers, things from yogurt to fresh fruits, eggs, cereal, coffee. Plenty of parking and parking is available while you travel. Sometimes free sometimes a $7 charge per day applies. Next door a convenience store and a small Mexican take-out restaurant (delicious). Definitely one of the hotels I stay in when I am flying out of Denver. It usually is one of the least expensive. HOTEL SHUTTLE (FREE) is great!

Honestly it is all good....maybe move the smoking area to the back vs front door but besides that all good!

Nice modern hotel a few miles from Denver International and the car rental agencies...was surprised to discover the good Mexican restaurant right next door so no need to wait in line at another place further down the road...there is also a convenience store with gas to fill up your rental car...good hot breakfast, shuttle available if needed.
