I stayed at the Hampton Inn Denver Airport. The Continental breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Gabby at the front desk was phenomenal. Always pleasant and greated us with a smile and "have a great day" or "is there anything I can do for you?" We had a dead battery the morning we were leaving. Gabby was very prompt to track down an employee who had a set of jumper cables. We were taken care of and on our way. Again, thanks to Gabby. She is a Rockstar for her service, but more importantly, her customer relations and how she made myself and coworkers feel.

The matresses were harder than I would have liked.I enjoyed my stay, food was good, customer service was above and beyond. Unfortunately, the beds were just too much on the "not soft" side of things.

Shuttle driver ( man from Ethiopia) from airport was great. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and well appointed. New gal at front desk was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast.

I booked with this hotel because it said staff were still wearing masks. None of the staff other than the shuttle driver from the airport were. Wasn't informed when I called for shuttle that they typically only pick up on one side of airport so was left standing out in the cold for much longer than necessary.

Used this hotel to lay over before meeting up with family the following day. Shuttle service worked, although it's worth knowing that you need to be in front of door 512 on the West side of the airport to meet it. I did ask the hotel about this in advance and didn't get a reply. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast, a good basic breakfast, very comfortable room and bed. Great linens and pillows. Room very clean and cosy. It was just what we needed, to catch up on sleep. We paid for late check-out and used the extra time to rest from our flight and wait for the rest of our party to arrive.

Noisy air con - which we switched off. Noisy fridge - which we couldn't switch off. We were charged twice for incidentals, which is hopefully being sorted out by the reception team.

Easy to access from airport. Simple but fine breakfast with plenty of seating. Staff was very pleasant and friendly

The automatic messages as booking are confusing and seem like they need updated. Also, confusing whether check on is allowed after midnight - we had a late flight (it is an airport hotel...) and the message that check in ended at midnight (although it didn't and the reception was 24 hours) added undue stress. Overall everyone in person was lovely -it was just the automatic email messaging that was confusing and unnecessary.

We stayed at this hotel only because of an early morning flight from Denver International. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was great, clean, modern, and sizeable. We didn't have a car, so we relied on the shuttle to the airport which was great (and quick... like 8 minutes to the airport). We had tons of luggage, like a dozen suitcases and skis and the van had plenty of room for everything (big family). This alone was worth the price of the room for convenience and ease. The breakfast was much better than average and is much appreciated. All hotels should have breakfast available (charge extra!) Staff were wonderful and helpful. They suggested dinner at the diner next door and the food was excellent and was only a short walk (we had no car).

Very little, really nothing that stands out as needing improvement. Would definitely stay here again.... OK why are the hotels so far from the airport itself? It seems like there is a 5 mile drive to the airport no matter where you stay.

Bunch of vagrants hanging out near the airport hotels/gas stations. Not hotels fault, but state of Colorado needs to deal with this

Close to the airport with a free shuttle and complementary breakfast. Hampton rooms are always nice, clean and comfortable.

There is virtually nothing near by accessible on foot. Although it's close to the train line, it's not close enough to walk so you have to get other transportation to either get to the airport train stop or the closer train stop.

Property was new, clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly. Hotel shuttle must be booked in advance, and it was on time and a super short ride to the airport. I wasn’t able to sample the breakfast (left super early), but I know the kind of breakfast it was and could almost assure you it would be good.

My ONLY thing - and it’s if I’m being really picky... This is absolutely an “airport stay” place. Given that DIA runs flights around the clock, I wish the hotel would offer at least a smaller grab-n-go breakfast. Otherwise, you’re paying for a breakfast that you can’t enjoy.

Friendly, helpful staff, fun Christmas decorations, really nice breakfast included, fast wifi, good common spaces, very close to the airport, complimentary shuttle. They even have an in-house shop where you can buy snacks, meds, and other things you may need, and it's right next to a fun diner! We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Can't think of anything. If you need a comfy, clean night near the DEN Airport at a reasonable price, look no further!

the breakfast was really good, eggs, waffles, fruits, juice. The staff was amaizing very kind, the size of the bedroom was good for me and my family and the price of the parking 7$ it was the best and the shuttle to the airport was a plus

sometimes I listen a sound in the middle of the night like I peeeeeeeeeeee it was crazy
