Plenty of space in the room, comfortable bed. Not super exciting, but overall fine.

Location is just ok (can't really get anywhere without driving). Plumbing is extremely loud - you can hear toilets flush from several rooms away. Breakfast is mediocre - totally indistinguishable from any other kid range chain. $10 per night for parking is petty - it's on premises and you can't reasonably get there without a car. Costs at least double what it should overall, but so does every other hotel in the area.

Staff at front counter lacked any personality, acted as if we were bothering them. They should be happy to have a job. People in customer service must have social skills. Cleaning crew was more kind. TV kept shutting off suddenly, was very annoying.

The property was cute and the architecture perfect for the area. The rooms were spacious, well stocked and very comfortable. The breakfasts really good and we love the paper bag idea. We had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place. The staff were friendly but Thomas the manager really stood out. The gym has just the right equipment for a workout.

Nothing - it was all perfect for a combo business and fun vacay! Info and directions to some of the great places to visit and shop just a few miles away would be nice for out of towners.

Breakfast was nice (buffet stocked with soft bagels, brand name condiments, quality coffee, fresh fruit, and a wide selection of cereals) and the outer facade of the building was attractive. We enjoyed eating by the outdoor fireplace and taking in the sunshine and landscaping. Bed was also really comfy. Worked from the hotel room and found the workspace (plus tv) to be very comfortable.

The water pressure was weak. Closet was very small—we only stayed one night and even still, felt that the closet was too small for our coats and suit. Windows didn’t open. The room felt pretty basic, not particularly cozy. The air conditioner/heater was very loud which made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The location was very convenient, the room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The indoor parking was a plus. The gym room had fair appropriate devices.

The breakfast was awful for a hotel having Hyatt name on it! There was supposed to be a Jacuzzi, but the pool area was out of service during our entire stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place. It was easy to find, good locations, clean room, roomy parking garage. The room was comfortable, even the pull out bed. Loved the amenities in the shower and tv selections. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of good options.

We pretty much liked everything.

Room was very clean, workers were very hospitable, breakfast was excellent (except the pancakes were cold). One thing that was not good, it showed the hotel had a pool, but it was a 12 x 10 jacuzzi, no pool.

The parking great, the room was clean and loved that the room had hardwood floors. We were right across the room from the exercise room and a short distance from the elevator. The front desk staff was great with information. I forgot some items in the closet they immediately called me got my information and I received my items. Breakfast was very good fresh cooked, a big effort for your staff as most people show up at the same time. The last hour is a challenge for one Lady to tackle, larger amounts need to be cooked We really appreciated her efforts🌟👏
