Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova

I’ve always liked the lobby and pool area but the rooms and hallways feel outdated (lobby too but it is still nice). the GM upgraded us to one of the renovated rooms this past weekend and it was much nicer than where my husband and I stayed a couple of weekends ago. front desk was more adequately staffed than it was 2 weekends ago

need food choices mid day. we had that issue twice. perhaps it was more late afternoon. Starbucks had closed as had the restaurant. and the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner yet. also as much as we loved our new room the glass door to the bathroom was a bit flimsy and there was no sound proofing at all.

Very nice staff and the room was large and comfortable. Loved having a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. A microwave would have been nice for leftovers though!

The room was noisy when, I guess the air conditioning came on and off. In the middle of the night, it was difficult when it woke me up. I do wish there was the ability to get drinks and snacks while at the pool, even just a machine in the sitting area. Also, since you have an outside window, cocktails and late snacks at the pool would have been great! Seems like there were more adults coming down late after a long day (like us) and very little kids.

We loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby, and the breakfast included/Starbucks voucher option was nice. this hotel is close to so many wonderful things, like the capital building, the zoo, and many restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, and everything was clean and comfortable. The shampoo and soap were good quality, and the beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet. The pool was great, just wish the spa was open. We would stay here again!

Jacuzzi was closed, pretty sure it’s a Covid issue. No complaints about the hotel, and the staff was top notch!

Always appreciate the friendly staff, clean environment and value. We stay here often.

Asked for a quiet room which was great until Saturday night when something was going on outside that sounded like drag racing that went on for hours.

The breakfast was good, however I was under the impression that breakfast was included. Yet, I received a text in the morning about breakfast not being included.

Didn’t like that there wasn’t complimentary water at least one or two bottles of water in the room… There’s was no cleaning or restocking during our entire stay.

Pool was fantastic… will come back when Covid doesn’t have an effect on travel (limited hours of dining, no maid service, etc…..) But everything was lovely and everyone was helpful - and close to everything…. Would be a 10 rating… but Covid causes the gym to be closed, etc. so… it isn’t “perfect” but only because of reasons out of the hotels control

Very clean except for pink stain on rug by coffee maker. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice soft, fluffy towels. Nice toiletries.

Nice to have Starbucks in the hotel, but need more employees for morning rush! Took nearly 30 minutes in line to get coffee and were already out of lemon bread at 9am. Parking $10/night is ridiculous. Should be free. Windows not sealed well, so sound from pool area can be heard from 6th floor. A movie channel should be free, not $20 on demand!

Staff and food/bar was excellent. The front desk help was amazing! They went the extra mile.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. We ended up staying 11 nights so having the laundry facilities open would have been so helpful.

The cleanliness and how welcoming the staff were, but the restaurant had a variety of delicious food options. You also have the option to eat outside of the restaurant around the pool area. The pool was very warm and the jacuzzi is very spacious. We were very satisfied for a family getaway.

Fantastic getaway, we went for a small weekend and to meet up with friends we hadnt seen ina while, hotel was super clean and quiet, staff very helpful and followed all covid guidelines we felt very safe and well taken care of. Also sbux in lobby and it was very close to public transit- literally across the street from the light rail- which made everything easier

I might have missed it but I don't believe it statied in the booking description that you had to pay an overnight parking fee, not a huge deal but nice to know in advance
