Super 8 by Wyndham Malvern

Great Location on the way to Hot Springs. Staff was attentive and very friendly. There was lots of parking and could even accommodate a tractor-trailer. Upon searching the room, I didn't find the Bible, so I called down to the office, and sure enough was able to run down there and pick one up.

We requested three rooms close together, and the hotel was able to get us on the same floor and same side. They couldn't get us next door to each other, but they did the best they could so I was happy.

the room was recently updated, very nice! except there was no extra lock on the door. inside room was clean clean and nice but outside was not clean and smelled. room was clean except a pizza box containing a cookie from Pizza Hut was in the microwave. but everything else looked clean. it was just weird and made you hope that the room was cleaned. will stay here again tho.

outside had a yucky smell maybe from people smoking and some having animals. also no washer and dryer didn’t work.

For the price everything was exceptional, pool was open rooms were nice, area was amazing easy to get in and out overall we enjoyed our stay! Especially for the price

Wifi was a little slow but good, bed was a little stiff but non the less still got adequate sleep, those are the only negatives I can think of still for the price it was amazing! Will be going back again

I had booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and 2 young grandbabies. I liked that they put the rooms next to each other. I think the ladies name was Carolyn, she was a awesome. She was so friendly and helped with our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

It's not that I didn't like anything, but I wish I would have got there a little earlier. I arrived around 8:30 pm and wanted to take the grandbabies swimming, but the pool closed at 9.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the best staff I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel! Location felt safe enough and was very close to the highway, perfect for an overnight stop on a long haul drive.

I was traveling with my cat, and was put in a room that had a hole in the wall under the sink that I didn’t discover until the next morning when my cat came out of it. Thank god she came back, I have no idea where the hole goes to. If you have cats with you, make sure there are no surprise exits from the room where your cat might get lost.

Room very spacious. Parking close to room. Vending close to room Room clean AMAZING but small Chinese Buffet less than a mile from Hotel.

Staff at front desk was very nice to us. A gentleman came in as she was assisting us and asked if he could get a second key. She rudely replied" Can I finish with them first".

we had asked for a room on the outside where we could unload all our stuff, but the rude lady gave an inside room all the way in the middle so it made it very difficult for bringing our belongings inside and only 2 towels to shower with for 3 people it was a double room

love staying here, it’s ducked off from the interstate but still close enough to get right on/off. set off outside of town and the busy chaos of everything/everyone.

there’s the same female staff worker with her same bad attitude. on checkout day- was NO hot water- period! was only reason I stayed longer was for a fresh shower when I woke up. ugh!

Easy to find. Beds were comfortable and happy for access to a washer and dryer.

A newly renovated room except the bathroom door...it had scratches and marks all over it. The main door, additional latch lock could still be used but was broken. A cleaning spray or something was very strong when walking into the lobby. If you have severe allergies, stay away from the lobby.

The privacy the staff provide and the location is perfect! The air always works great and the place gives a homey like vibe

There’s a “dude” rhat works the desk here and there. Terrible personality and gave me the wrong info causing me to run back and forth on a couple different occasions. During the week when there are many workers/ it gets loud and stays noisy late. Walls are thin- can hear rooms on sides.
