Staybridge Suites Hot Springs, an IHG Hotel

The room was very nice, and f the staff was friendly. It was peaceful and quiet. We were able to rest quite. I loved being able to cook in the room. I think I will stay with Staybridge.

The Parking was terrible on Friday night. We went to an event on our last night at the hotel. We got back to the hotel late to find no parking spaces. I talk with the manager on duty after waiting 45 minutes for him to return. He must have been having a bad night. I am not going to argue, so we when to bed. I told them when I made the reservation that I am allergic to cats and dogs and I got up the next morning itching with a rash and trouble breathing.

The room was very nice and had some amenities I didn't notice in the description. There was a small kitchenette with stove top, microwave and decent counter space. The full size fridge was nice too. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The grounds were well kept and they have a nice outside patio area.

They make you pay a damage deposit which is fine, but when we got into the room there were couple things messed up. So I had to report those so I didn't get dinged for it. They did fix one of the items and the other was a more cosmetic thing than a functional one. The hotel is on a main road but the entry to the hotel is off of a residential access road that is easily missed, and I did, especially in fading light.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the happy hour in the afternoons. Breakfast was always good. The room was clean and spacious. The pool, patio area was very nice and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can't really think of anything negative. If I had to be picky, More options for breakfast would be nice. The breakfast was always good and we enjoyed what was offered every day.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was outstanding!

Drains in room were extremely slow, both in the bathroom and the kitchen. Lightbulb was out in floor lamp. TV renote was missing in one of our rooms. More staffing is needed for check-in on largely booked weekends. Desk person was exceptionally friendly and helpful, but she can only do so much.

ac issues on the 2nd to last day- they gave us fans because there were no other rooms available almost all equipment (3/4)in work out room was out of order breakfast area was small so since the hotel was full, lots of people in a small area at once

Breakfast was good .. location , a little hard to get into from the street ...

Needs safety bars and slip mats in the showers ...my daughter slipped in the shower and hit her head on the back of the tub ..we let the front desk know and they were concerned and helpful , but this can be prevented in the future ...

Very nice location on the water. Perfect breeze and weather to sit outside in theirs nice common area. The breakfast was fantastic! Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, fruit. There was a really nice eating area or to go boxes so you could back to your room. We had a suite with a mini kitchen. It was well stocked. The water pressure in the shower was great. As far as location, if you go past the water just a mile or so you’ll get to the part of town with a bunch of restaurants, Walmart, and Kroger. It was a very nice hour drive to Mountain Pine to hike at Lake Ouchita State Park and less than 30 minutes to get to Crater or Diamonds State Park. If you go down town be sure to take the walking trail on the state park there that starts at the promenade building. Nice walk that lets you feel a hot spring creek and pond. Very nice. And if you’re there for dinner you can get great pizza at The Grateful Head. Free parking garage by The Grateful Head

We didn’t eat breakfast there wasn’t much left when we went down to eat & it was only 8:45. The location was great very pretty view of the lake from outside.

We didn’t get the room we reserved. I booked online a week before our stay we get to our room & it’s handicap. I went down & told the staff that wasn’t wat I reserved & paid for we was supposed to have a king room not a queen & not a handicap she then tells me there are no more rooms available we had friends that reserved a day before us & they got the room they reserved also my husband & I woke up around 3-4 & our room was so hott we had to turn the AC on I’m assuming the heat was on threw the hotel we was on ground level. The hotel itself was great but im still upset we didn’t get wat we paid for.

The property was outstanding and hotel staff was very friendly.

The pet fee at $75 assessment is much too expense for one night. We didn’t have a pet on our stay in August but will have a 4 year old Corgi on our return trip. .Therefore we can’t justify booking another stay on our return to Texas in September.

The room was clean and roomy, we were able to cook in the room. Nice view the staff was friendly breakfast was good. Kids had fun and enjoyed the pool.

The grill wasnt working both times we were there. We asked if some could come out and light it bc it was just the igniter that wasnt working the lady at the desk said yes no problem come get me when your ready. We get back with a weeks worth of food, (which most of it stayed at room when we left bc it wouldn't have made it back to our house), she I'm sorry I can't. Also forgotten my iron skillet in the room was told it wasnt there and no one had seen it but that was the only place we used it, it took 3weeks to get an answer on if it was picked up in the lost/found or left in the room.
