Upon first entering the lobby, you can see that it’s very well maintained. The assistant manager was the one who checked us in and he was awesome. He gave us extra towels right away because he said he knew us ladies liked to have extra for our hair, which I thought was very considerate of him. He also had a fun personality and was welcoming. We arrived early but he was able to get us checked in even with the big game going on, which we greatly appreciated. The lady who came in after him wasn’t nearly as personable, but she could’ve been having an off day. The room felt surprisingly homey. It was bright, clean, and well decorated. It felt like it was updated recently. The shampoo and conditioner were in bottles mounted in the shower which was convenient and surprisingly decent quality. The shower pressure was insanely good. The beds were comfortable and clean as well. There is a bottle of water and snack in your room as well as coffee, though housekeeping needs to remember to clean under the coffee maker tray. There is a decent selection of snacks available to purchase in the lobby and breakfast was pretty good, but a small area for the size of the hotel. We loved the location as it’s not far from Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges, which is why we were visiting. Overall, I’d say this is adequately priced and I would stay here again.

This isn’t any fault of the hotel, but there’s construction going on and the entrance is very hard to see. It also made it really difficult to get in and out of.

This is a smaller hotel so we didn’t deal with anyone being loud or noises from other rooms and we were on the first floor right by the pool and gym, so i expected to hear loud noises. The location was excellent for us as we were in town for a concert at the Walmart Amp, and it’s just two exits down. Under a 5 minute drive! I was also impressed with the shower and how hot the water got. The staff was very nice as well.

The bed was much harder than I was expecting. I’ve stayed at Springhills in other cities and never had an issue with the beds at all. If you like a firm bed, you’ll have no issues staying here! We were also told that they would not be cleaning our room while we were there which was fine with us but when we returned the following day from activities, the bed was made and towels were gone. It wasn’t upsetting in the least, i just didn’t like being told no one would be in our room and then they were.

Breakfast was suitable. Room was big for 1 person. Roomservice was there almost every day over the stay of 30 days. Location was perfect as far as Restaurants, 5 in walking distance. Connection to major Highway was only 100 meters away. Hotel personnel were all courteous to all the guests, as far as I heard or saw.

Was located on the main drag so mornings at 5:05 the same biker or trucker flew by and woke me up, no fault to the Hotel. Weekends when the kids were running the hallways trying to beat the elevator.

The management was very polite and had a great meaningful conversation with us. I went there for my sisters birthday and her friends they even let us be in the pool after hours. And early in the morning. The rooms were very clean and put together. I even enjoyed the nuts and water. their breakfast was fresh and delicious. Thank you for this stay I will be back

There’s nothing I disliked about the property

the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly !

it says there’s a hot tub on the listing but there isn’t one, not a big deal it just would have been a fun touch!

Fabulous staff, always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Excellent quiet room.

Currently the construction on the street leading into the hotel is under construction, making access even more difficult.

There was a crying baby nearby. Thankfully the baby stopped crying eventually. I know that's out of the hotel management control.

the room was a nice size. it was quiet. breakfast was excellent.

the road is under construction and exiting the driveway was a little hard but manageable

Rooms were clean and comfortable Water pressure was great

The only thing we didn’t like was getting in and out of the hotel a lot of traffic

Staff was very kind to three year old Granddaughter. One of the better breakfasts provided in hotels. Several selections with great fresh fruit.
