We stay a lot of places traveling for softball and this is by far the first one that 100% met our expectations. Outdoor pool was the first reason we picked Avid; 2nd having great reviews; 3rd location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love the grab-n-go bfast; nice not having nasty carpet and clean floors; comfortable beds; clean updated facility. WILL stay here again.

The only comment (not complaint) I would have is the pool area is narrow and hard to have chairs/layout without feeling a little closed in. There weren't a lot of people at the pool with us at the same time so it wasn't too bad. The pool itself was very clear and clean.

Super Clean. Nice & easy breakfast. Good price. Comfy bed. Spacious room. New facilities. Braums is in walking distance (right in front of the hotel). Coffee bar with hot water, microwave is open on first floor to use in evening. We didn't use it this time but small outdoor swimming pool looked clean and quiet.

A bit far from downtown (10 min drive) but not too bad. No microwave & coffee in room.

It was all good for a crashing spot. I would recommend for a spot to just sleep. The bed is super comfy!

If you plan to spend any time in the room, even to just watch some netflix at the end of the day, I wouldnt recommend. The TV had a ton of issues even after calling tech support, and some of the updates seemed very rushed, especially the bathroom. Very small room with essentially zero storage or place to put your things. It's about 7-10 minutes from Bentonville square, so not terribly far, but I felt like it was priced as much closer than it was. For $140/night after tax/fees/etc, I'd expect higher quality, bigger room, and better location

Phenomenal customer service. Quick check-in. Super clean, modern, and comfy hotel. Bed, bedding, and pillows were super clean and comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. Blackout curtains. Quiet atmosphere. Coffee and breakfast were great (cereal, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc.).

I love a modern looking hotel with a minimalist approach in decor. Very large TV in the room. bathroom was spacious. The lobby and rooms were clean and the location right off of Hwy 49 was convenient.

The room was very small. Just enough room between the king size bed and desk to walk through. It was fine for my one night stay but might feel a little cramped for a longer stay.

1.) The room was modern and newer. (Great value.) 2.) The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. 3.) The room had a nice modern shower with good water pressure.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Breakfast is great. Coffee all day, everyday. Sparkling water on tap. Euro design of rooms. Even tho this hotel has been open for awhile, it's still kept in pristine condition. Rooms, lobby, hallways, grounds, everything is clean and in tip top condition.

I asked to change rooms and, at first, the attendant refused but, when I pressed a little more, she moved me next door. A much better room. And she was friendly about it, which was much appreciated.

Easy to get to with a lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Construction on the roads was the bad point at the time of our stay. Otherwise A+

Hotel is nice.

Breakfast is terrible 😕 ran out the only item (egg bites) I can eat. In addition, the whole prepackaged approach is very institutional and unsettling. People want more tradition in breakfast. Life is fast enough without breakfast being packaged.

Upscale, Close to Crystal Bridges, Cleanliness of the hotel and "No Pets Allowed" policy. Some people have allergy to fur, sweat of pets, bugs, larve, worms and their eggs etc. And it is so nice that avid hotel understands that human space and beds are not for pets. Pets shall be staying at animals' hotels. Thanks for keeping your hotel clean and healthy!
