The property is HUGE! I love that each guest has there own MINI homes (Cottage Style) Each home had it's own parking spot next to the cottage (super Cool) No fighting for parking like most Resorts LOL The property has a lot of amenity for the kids (families) such as mini golf, play area, ETC. ** Inside the cottage there was a Full Kitchen, Sitting area and a back bedroom area. I appreciate that it was not like a 4X4 hotel room where you're just consume to one space. It has a back deck where you can sit and relax and I even saw some BBQ pit's in the back for some grilling!! def a cute space. The resort is beautiful and a new experience for us! BTW a big win for me was that the bed was so COMFY!!

Although, the resort was beautiful and roomy - I felt that the resort could use a RENOVATION. I see a lot of potential if they did some updates in décor. The cabinets and furniture's were just outdated! The walls may need some new paints, that is more welcoming and alive!! The TV in the bedroom was a joke. It was so small, I didn't even bother to turn it on. The channel on the living room TV was very limited ( this could be due to the location IDK)

Nice resort, accommodations were clean. Staff was friendly.

After verifying my reservation by phone at the resort, when I arrived I was told that Booking.com had just canceled my reservation that day?? Not sure why they would have done that, reservations were made months in advance. Everything worked out in the end, but I was not happy about that. Initially I had booked 4 rooms, canceling one of them. I did not receive a refund to my credit card until much later and it took several calls to Booking.com to make that happen. They were not an easy company to get a hold of a live person. Frustrating to say the least,

The casita I stayed in was so homey! It had everything I needed and more, including and outfitted kitchen, a breakfast area, a living area, a TV in the bedroom, and a nice bathtub for soaking or showering. It was very clean, quiet, and so comfortable.

The staff at check in were a little off-putting, not super friendly, I don't think I saw a single smile. They also move you over to another side room to finish checking you in, it seemed like an area where they could sell you on stuff. I had already planned and booked everything I wanted to do and they weren't pushy on anything, but it had a strong up sell vibe to it. Also, the restaurant on campus has awful service and mediocre food that was way overpriced. Go elsewhere to eat.

The cabin was clean and spacious! It was nice to have a full kitchen to use and the patio was so nice to eat at. The pool was big and had a large area of 3 foot which was great for my grandkids. The pool towels were large which I appreciated. The complimentary laundromat was convenient and there was a laundry basket and soap in our room for us to use. We did not use the adult only spa but I thought that was a nice option for adults traveling without children. The putt-putt was a win with the kids and they enjoyed the playground. We loved this place!

Everything met or exceeded our expectations!

Property was very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice. Check-in procedure super easy. While there are alot of tiny homes/lodges on the property, it was extremely quiet. I felt safe with my young children, and the staff that I interacted with were nice and helpful.

I didn't really have any expectations as I had never been to this resort (or Sedona) before. No complaints regarding the lodging or amenities. The only criticism I would really have is the lack of lighting at the entry road and into the property. As I arrived late at night, I missed the entry road because there was no lighting and minimal signage to maneuver into the property. I mentioned this to the receptionist who explained the city won't allow lights of any sort, so I understand this may be out of the control of the resort itself; however, it presented an issue nonetheless.

Very good facilities, everything you need. If we had known that dogs were allowed, families with dogs walked everywhere, we would have taken ours with us. Furthermore, it was said that smoking was nowhere allowed. But there were ashtrays on every terrace and many vacationers smoked. Not that it bothers us, but that's the way it was. the accommodation also offers a military discount, which we didn't get via booking.com, which is a pity. Otherwise very nice and quiet. I think we'll be back. Price performance good.

You have your own little cabin space. It was clean and comfortable.

Internet/WiFi is non-existent and no cell service there either. They do not allow you to stream anything via internet and they do not allow you to use a mobile hotspot even if you did have service. One of the reasons I went there is because it said they had a bath tub. When I got there, there was only a shower. They give you a little piece of paper to put on your dash of your car for parking along with taking down your license plate number. If you forget to put the paper on your dash they put a neon pink piece of paper under your wiper blade. It just so happened that it rained the night I had forgotten to put it in the dash and it was below freezing temperatures in the morning so it froze to my windshield. It made a huge mess

We liked having our own little cabin with the full kitchen and living room. it was clean, convenient, and comfortable. the large bathtub was nice to soak in and the kitchen was good for making breakfast. we enjoyed the convenient parking and the laundry. overall great stay!

the TV had limited channels and we could not stream anything on our computers. I would strongly recommend that the facility puts in Roku tvs or Firesticks as everyone wants to be able to watch Netflix or Apple TV at night. the water turned cold in the shower after about 10 minutes so only 1 person could shower at a time. the staff were friendly but we didn’t like the presentation at the beginning to try to sell us a timeshare.

The casita was a great place for a week in Sedona. Loved having all the light coming in through the many windows and enjoyed a well equipped full kitchen with nice stainless steel pots and pans, not the too often usual scratched non-stick. Nice big tub for soaking since it was a bit cold to use the outdoor hot tubs, and quiet location was lovely after a day of hiking and being out around town.

The pull out bed was horribly uncomfortable; lumpy, thin mattress that made for a bad night's sleep. Luckily, I'm petite enough to be able to sleep on the sofa itself, but if a second person wasn't or wasn't willing, it really didn't comfortably sleep more than one person/couple. Supplying units with a foam topper would likely make a huge difference if replacing is untenable.

The place is a perfect paradise for every person. From serene scenery and water creeks right outside your own private deck to swimming, putt-putt golf, basketball, playground, dinning at the Italian restaurant, you can do all of those things without leaving the resort. There’s live music on the weekends. My place was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, even a blender. I wish I had more time to experience the resort in its entirety. But if you want to venture out of the resort; In less than 30mins-give or take-you are in downtown Sedona where you are welcomed with a variety of shops, restaurants, Tlaquepaque, and places where you can arrange shuttle drop off/pick up for hiking or Chapel of the Holy Cross, ground/air tours and there’s also a flea-market. In the other direction you have Cottonwood, a small town where you can find fast food restaurants. Sedona Pines Resort is a tranquil place or you can make more your style by going to the swimming pool or the jacuzzi to relax and recover after a long day discovering Sedona’s gemstones. The Sedona Punes Resort is a lot more than a picture can capture.

I would suggest to request extras (coffee, shampoo, towels, etc.)while booking your stay or you can go to the lobby. The shower/tub was not draining on the last day, but fabulous stay other than that.
