I was very impressed with the size of the room and on suite bathroom, very clean, and comfortable. You could tell they owners have put a lot of thought and heart in this room for the guests. There is shampoo, tea, books, toothpaste, everything you could need really if you forgot. The owners are very nice and I could tell they could not do enough for you if asked. They made me feel welcome from start to finish. And the breakfast in the morning was amazing up there with one of the best. This alone would of been worth £15 all day long I am one that don’t normally go for B&B as I like my own space and don’t like to introduce as I know it can be very personal for the owners. But now and again I have to and this was one of few that I was lucky and loved and would definitely go back. I had a nice evening walk around the villages near the Abby and it was lovely with some very old buildings. I wish I had some cash on me to leave in my room as I felt I under paid a lot for the stay and the breakfast.

I don’t like putting stuff when it was so good. But I am only trying to help you improve. They only thing I would say is I would of liked a lock on the room door. And the room was far to cheap with the service you given. But it did make me help choose this stay so careful thoughs on the increase.

My room was large, extremely clean and with all the necessary facilities, including a small fridge - always a bonus, but sadly not often available. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean, with a shower that worked well. I could open the windows, which overlooked a garden and a field. The bed was a double and very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and clearly wanting to do what they could to make my stay go smoothly, despite me arriving quite late and then having to go out again. My breakfast was good, with several options available, cooked to order. Parking was on the front yard. I recommend unreservedly and would stay again when in the area.

residential area tucked away of the Main Street, just a few minutes walk in to the Main Street if you wanted to go for a nice walk and maybe visit the pub. plenty of parking of the steer. lovely area. the bed is one of the comfiest beds I have stayed in for a long time, the room had everything and I do mean everything from a fridge to sky tv iron equipment, books for reading. you name it it was there. the shower was power and large to. spotlessly clean. woke up to an amazing view of the back fields with an owl flying passed. fantastic stay. Jakki is a wonderful host and nothing is to much trouble.

nothing to dislike

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. I had to leave a bit too early for breakfast but Jakki made me a couple of very nisce bacon sandwiches to take away. Very comfortable and good sized room with clean en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities, good sized TV, desk to work at, free Wi-fi and SKY TV.

Not really a NOT LIKE but for some reason I thought it was a small cabin room when I booked it rather than a room in the house, not a problem and probably because I was in a rush booking. Bring your own shampoo/shower gel if intending to shower.

Breakfast was delicious, cereals, fruit, yogurt, fruit juice, tea, coffee, full english, toast - a real treat! The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and big shower. Our hosts Jaki and her husband were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were attending a wedding at Thorney Abby in the village which we could have walked to if we wanted to. It was the perfect location for us. We would have no hesitation in booking to stay again. Thank you.

Comfortable bed, lots of storage space with plenty of hangers and a fridge! I was performing at a nearby 40s event over 2 days and this can be a bit full on. So it was nice to have a base very nearby to return to. We bring quite a lot of costumes etc with us and had plenty of space. Excellent home cooked breakfast each day. Hosts very accommodating especially with parking our transit on the drive.

Jacqui and Geoff were so warm and welcoming! They are such a lovely couple, nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The room is big and has everything you need. I couldn't have asked for more. They even invited me for tea- For which I was very grateful. If you need a warm, comfortable room, a lovely breakfast and welcoming hosts then you can't go wrong!

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Located in quiet residential area but not far from the village centre. Easy parking. Large, attractive room with a view over the fields. Comfortable bed, large tv, fridge, and well stocked refreshment tray. Ensuite had a good, direct-flow shower. Very generous, well-cooked breakfast.

All was very good.

This was a home away from home stay. Our hosts did everything to make us feel comfortable and make our stay enjoyable. There was plenty for breakfast, including poached eggs. They even had Sky, which meant I caught the last hour of the day of an ashes test. I'd definitely stay here again.

To be picky, first floor room location.

Jaki is the ultimate hostess, I arrived very late and it was no problem for them. They are so kind and attentive and make you feel right at home and nothing is too much trouble. The room is great very comfortable with everything you would need and the ensuite is convenient and everything is immaculate and clean. If I could give 10 stars I would.
