Terrific location - close to the train station and easy to find. Cosy room with satisfying range of TV and radio channels, and a real phone in the room for contacting the front desk if/when necessary. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillow, with perfect curtains to keep the light out; a big plus here. Air conditioning! which was even too cold, but you could turn it off. Lots of variety at breakfast - some fruit and all the protein and starch and caffeine that I could have wanted. Really helpful front desk staff, whether it was for storing bags after checkout or solving temporary toilet problems. :)

My only seriously 'constructive' comment was that on the 6th/7th floor the water pressure and especially temperature left a lot to be desired unless I was up before 7am (which I usually was). A shower at night or later in the morning was lukewarm. This on the 6th or 7th floor. But perhaps I have unreasonable North American standards. Everything else seemed pretty luxurious, so that stood out. The free wifi was great but I wish it had been password-protected.

The room was comfortable and had the typical kettle and supply of coffee and tea sachets along withe 2 complimentary bottles of water. The room ha a smell that seems to be coming from the curtain of the bathroom - it was dumpiness so maybe the need to air the room and the curtains better so it does not create the rather uncomfortable smell. I did not inform reception as I was busy and did not want to be moved to another room since I had work to do. When the washing basin got blocked and flooded reception send technical services that arrived almost immediately and fixed the problem. There was a misunderstanding regarding payment. We thought, wrongly that the hotel would charge the card given as a guarantee and this is not the case. The hotel showed no flexibility in arranging the payment through that card but rather insisted that they were paid in advance the full amount of stay.

Very clean room and incredibly comfortable and good size bed. Enough sockets to charge all your devices. Good quality complementary shower gel and shampoo.

We stayed in 614 room facing the Main Street which meant that we could not sleep with the window open as it was too noisy. We did have an air conditioning system in a room which was simple to operate and a good alternative otherwise it would have been too hot to sleep. I was especially impressed with the security measures which meant only people staying in a hotel and having their room door entry card could use the lifts to get upstairs. Have not tried food or the bar but the menu looked very interesting. Will definitely stay again next time visiting Sheffield as the price was one of the lowest in the area yet the standard was much higher than expected or experienced in other places.

Upgrade at check in, helpful staff, very comfortable beds and pillows. Water in reception along with some essentials you can buy. Good amenities in the room eg, iron &ironing board, bottled water, good tea tray. Location is great too.

Not the hotel's fault but just be aware in some of the rooms you can hear noise from the clubs early into the morning. Didn't stop me from sleeping because I was shattered. Wasn't a cheap hotel at £173 for 1 night,so I marked down by 1 point for the noise and bathroom being a bit tired (I like a really clean bathroom) they still use a shower curtain, marks and cracks, just think could do with some updating.

The bed! The bed was amazing so so comfortable and plenty of pillows. The room was really nicely lit from the big windows and having AC was really nice. There is a really good big mirror and a full length mirror and lovely tea making facilities. Staff at reception and the bar were really friendly and helpful

Price - I did stay for the Arctic Monkeys gig so it being expensive was pretty inevitable Although the room is spacious and well lit, the bathroom was really small and very poorly lit with a not very good bulb There was quite a few stains on the carpet Rating is simply for how good the bed was

Super close to the car park and the high street.

We stayed in room 236. The sink was chipped and the bathroom door had been broken but badly fixed. The sink is positioned way too high, my little one would have struggled to wash his teeth. The shampoo bottle was almost empty, Housekeeping did not do their job properly. The carpet is stained in front of the TV. The floor tiles in the bathroom wete very slippery, I almost did a split when I was coming out of the bath tub, luckily, there was a floor mat which saved me. No ventilation in the bathroom, gets muggy. There is a room for improvement, take this from someone who has worked in the hotel industry for a few years.

Location, room space, cleanliness, worth the price, majority of the staffs are friendly and hospitable

I can hear the family with children on the room besides mine. They aren't even shouting but I think, unfortunately, the room allocated to me wasn't sound proof enough as there was a door in between our rooms which can be opened up and connect the rooms if booking in groups. Other times I have been in Leonardo's, I didn't have this noise issue. Also, I have been here a few times and majority of the thermostat in the rooms I have been allocated aren't working.

I like that the hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the room , it had everything I needed , it was big enough for all three of us. The room and the hotel were both very clean and maintained to a good standard . Stayed in hotel when it was previously Jury's Inn. Would stay here again great room for a great price !. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The only issue we had was we couldn't get the air conditioning working, As the room was really hot , we had to leave the window open and at night there was loud music from the nightclub close by so it wasn't ideal. However , there was a fan provided in the room but it annoyed one of my party so couldn't have that going all night

Well-located in Central Sheffield Less than 10 minute walk from the station Short walk to main cultureal areas of Sheffield such as Millenium Gardens and Peace Gardens Bars and restuarants nearby Hotel looks like it's been recently refurbed and rooms spacious and efficient

Feel for £160 for the night it was a little overpriced, but understandable given how well located it is Breakfast was very good but was a bit of a free for all and queues for coffee machines was very long, it also took a long time for replacement cups and glasses to be brought out.

Entrance to the hotel is obviously the 1st thing you see. It was absolutely beautiful to walk into and so spotless nothing was out of place. Staff all lovely and full of smiles. We ordered a pizza for room service and it was absolutely gorgeous! Thanks to Dave on nights for the message on the box 😂 we had breakfast the next morning which was also lovely. Very big selection to choose from. The hash browns were gorgeous! If you’re looking for a really nice hotel for a really good price then this is the best. Honestly can’t fault it at all. Thanks so much
