they have a great kitchen with assorted bread, juice, milk, jam, etc, which is very rare for hotels of this price level

1) toilet seat was displaced 2) when I contacted them regarding extending my stay, I specifically told their staff to message me instead of calling me because I needed to sleep later that afternoon, but they still called, and when I asked him why did he still call when I specifically stressed not to do that, he asked me 'who do you think you're talking to', incredible, who the fxxx do you think I was talking to?

Great location 5 minutes to the train station and less than 10 to the high street. The bed was big and very comfortable with a TV and wardrobe as well as a kettle with two bottles of water, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The bathroom was small but nice with a hot shower and light up mirror. The room was warm and had a nice big window. The hotel was easy to locate and check in was easy and explained well over the phone with Imran. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was a bit noisy, we could sometimes hear people in other rooms and people and cars outside. A temporary parking permit would be good so we could park outside the hotel as we had to park a few minutes away down a hill which we had to walk to/from in the dark. The bathroom light (room 4) was flickery and the bathroom was quite dark. The stairs are quite steep.

I liked the location and the fact that it was only few minutes away from the train station and town centre.

The bedding looked as though it has not been changed. Also, there was no plug in the bathroom sink and I almost lost a ring. I didn't like the fact that in order to switch off the night lights, which were positioned on both sides of the bed, I had to get out of bed and then walk back to bed in the darkness.

The Location was perfect for access to the Railway Station. There are convenience stores near by for every day things and an excellent Pie Shop on the on the corner. Close to the Bus Stop were frequent Bus Service goes into town approximately 5 minutes. The property was very clean and spacious, and checkin was a very simple operation with no fuss

I think bedside lights would have been a plus

The room was clean, modern and exactly as the photos showed. The bed was very comfortable and the room warm. The en suite bathroom was modern and very efficient. I liked the check-in process, where you call a number and are let in remotely. Imran (on the other end of the phone) was helpful and answered promptly. The breakfast choices exceeded expectations and I was very pleased with what was on offer. I genuinely thought that I would probably eat breakfast elsewhere but I really didn't need to. Very pleased overall. I will stay here again on my next visit to Preston.

The room was close to the main road and traffic was a little noisy but only until the evening when it all calmed down. Otherwise I can't fault anything else.

Perfect central location. As soon as you hop off of the train it is only a 5 minute walk from the station and a couple minutes walk into the city centre. The owner is lovely, and the rooms are very nice. Continental breakfast is included each morning. Perfect value for money and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location,5 min walk from train station.easy remote access via a phone call ,room size ok , ensuit and shower good. Continental breakfast good if you have no allergies

Bed was awful , broken springs , had soya milk ,and a few gluten free cornflakes ,gluten free bread and dairy free spread would have been nice but for the money I do understand. just a couple of knives in kitchen but no spoons , room kettle dirty .

Excellent location. Breakfast was basic but it did its job. An ideal place for a lone traveller for a three night stay. Access to the hotel was easy. Very comfortable bed and mattress. I slept very well.

Toilet seat was loose and clearly needs fixing.

The breakfast was very good & you could go for breakfest when you wanted as there was no there was no time limit also you could use anything in the kitchen.

There was nothing to dislike as everything was what you would expect from a apart hotel.

Excellent breakfast options, perfect location both for Preston Town centre and train station. Quiet location and easy check in and out. Staff helpful and easy to contact.
