Nice and clean place, instructions were perfect with no delays. I couldn't initially get the front door digital code right, as the light of the sun was making the numbers not visible, but eventually i managed to get in_ Misha the property manager is a wonderful person, and helped me by sending me a video, and delivered all instructions precisely with wifi pwd, and the code for the flat. Was nice to see that real people answer our questions, and not the usual messaging ugly robots, well done_ The location is not bad, and it has a huge green field with trees, good to relax away from the roads.

Only a small thing_ like to keep the place tidy and clean as you go, a small dustpan, a brush would have been nice

the room was the perfect size, clean bathroom facilities, comfy bed, working tv, decent kitchen space to make breakfast

Had an amazing stay . The host was very friendly and helpful.Bed very comfy, everything super clean. Definitely got more than I paid for , with the amazing location and the tranquillity I experienced throughout my entire stay. I'm definitely coming back and recommending it to friends. Loved it

It had a little kitchen area and fridge and was nice and clean. Nice that windows open on a hot night unlike some hotel chains. Very good and attentive communication.

The couch was too short for my 1.84 m son - something I need to put on list to check next time . It was quite noisy with lots of people coming and going in the middle of the night but that is just bad luck.

I was really impressed and very happy with the room. It was immaculately clean and the facilities were fantastic. Great location for transport, the tram stop is within walking distance. The property manager’s instructions for access were clear and concise.

The only negatives were the noises coming from the room above and the front door opening closing.

perfect location, room had everything we needed & that’s the reason we extended our stay here. everything is local.

only downfall was the noise from rooms near by which is expected but got woken up a few early mornings.

Great location, the tram is 2 min away, and then you are in 5 min in city centre. Very nice owner always there in touch by phone or messages, and changed my room to better studio with everything you need. Many thanks :) and I may be back 👍

The location is close to the tram and parks. Nice and tidy, the studio is perfect to stay the weekend in Notts.

There is no sponge in the flat so you cannot wash the dishes properly, but not an issue if you are not cooking there I guess.

Room is cosy, comfortable

The area has too much drug addicts but it's hyson, apart from that the house itself is lovely
