The hotel is in an excellent location for all the local amenities . The ambience of the hotel is warm friendly and very welcoming. The staff were helpful and cheerful. Being central on the high street of Cleveleys makes it a very attractive option for visitors. The food was good calue for money and the portions good.. The room had everything I needed and was comfortable very clean and homely. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike at this hotel it is inviting and welcoming . The relaxed atmosphere is just what's needed for a relaxing stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was adequate for my 1 night stay, clean and comfy bed, tea/coffee making facility, en suite toilet/shower. Breakfast was £9 extra, but very good, all fresh and plenty on offer.

Only issues I had were small irks in the grand scheme of things, the TV channels were a bit lacking, no news channels and no standard 5 channels. The room walls are on the thin side as the adjoining room occupants could be heard chatting and laughing into the early hours. No parking spaces at this hotel, but there is a long stay pay and display 2 minute walk away, £3.50 for 1 over night stay.

This is a great hotel for when we are visiting family in Cleveleys. The location is fantastic as it is right in the centre of the main high street among all the shops and cafes. The décor is of a vintage style which is fitting for the building. The beds have always been really comfortable on the two occasions I have stayed and there is almost everything you need in the room for a couple of night's stay. If there is not a hairdryer in your room they will happily provide one from reception. On this occasion we did not have breakfast but I know from previous experience that it was a good hearty breakfast. A real bonus is having a lift to all floors too.

Just a small thing but a pump dispenser with some shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom would be great to go with the soap bar provided. Everything in the room was extremely clean except the remote control for the TV which was not at all clean. Cleaning staff could be reminded of this as they can be real germ carriers.

I didn't have my meals at the hotel but spoke to other residents who told me the food was good and plentiful. The hotel is situated on the main street so was good for shopping, eating out orfor just sitting on one of the many well placed forms. The hotel is well placed for going to the promenade ,bus station or tram sevices. The buses and trams to go many areas close to Cleveleys which I enjoyed using instead of driving. The staff that I spoke to were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble if I needed any information about local travel sevices. The hotel was warm all the time and you could have the heating on in your room and bathroom any time of the day which was good as it was chilly in the morning and later in the evening.

As I didn't have my meals at the hotel the restaurant Times did not affect me. I thought the evening meal time was a little early for myself.

Superb location, right in the middle of the high street. Very nice room, have stayed many times times before and it’s our favourite room. Staff were attentive and friendly. Useful outside covered terrace for guests. Plenty of outside seating in the bar area if you want to get some fresh air

Housekeeping was a bit erratic, but sorted out eventually. Bar was cash only as the card machine was out of action for the duration of our stay. Bar clientele can get a bit rowdy late at night, but fortunately only a minority.

Room was warm and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Location was good as there were plenty of shops on the highstreet and tram and bus stops nearby. There is a lift available to the upper floor which was useful as my dad has mobility issues.

Windows were old and let alot of noise in from the highstreet. The sliding door to the bathroom was not flushed with the wall all the time. Meaning there was a gap which aloud others to see you on the toilet. The decor of the hotel is a little outdated.

It was not expensive, it was well located, the staff were accommodating on making my bicycle secure. Almost uniquely in hotels these days, the customer can control the heating in the room.

Bed was comfortable, but very squeeky. I was on my own so didn't matter. But anyone having a shag would have to be relaxed about everyone on the floor knowing about it.

I was very impressed with the kindness and help staff gave me. I have severe disabilities and the room was ideal for my needs. Even my grand-daughter was surprised and reported back to her mum. I will be telling all my friends in Leyland about you and asking them to stay there. I will be back when I move to Cleveleys to stay with you in the process of moving as I felt safe and comfortable. See you soon.

Can't think of anything.

The room was clean and tidy you had everything you needed

The bed was uncomfortable and the wardrobe was too close to the door as i use a rollator walker and it was a tight squeeze as the doors to get in are very heavy with them being fire doors so they don't stay open so hard to try and get walker through door while holding door open and the windows need changing as you can't put it on a latch slighly open cause the arm of window won't go into the hole of the arm so if you wanted to keep window open while out for fresh air you can't cause you could get the birds coming through window and the bathroom could do with up dating too

The hotel lives up to its name as it is very regal The fact that the hotel is in the town centre there are plenty of cafes and places to eat if you don't get up for breakfast at hotel. There are a few pubs in the vicinity and it's about a 15 minute trip on the tram to Blackpool. The beach is only a 4 minute walk.l

Nothing apart from the weather.
