Hosts were lovely people mad us very welcome

Location & the free parking that's the main reason for booking this hotel & Brendan who runs it couldn't off done anything more for our stay. He made us feel so welcome & really went out of his way to make us feel more like home. 10 out of 10 for that. & we will definitely be back more so now because it's pet friendly which I didn't know. So we will be back for sure & maybe with our dog next time 😊. Thanks again Brendan for everything you done for me & my son.

The hotel owner definitely makes this place even better, so down to earth and nothing is too much hassle. Breakfast is well worth it you will not be disappointed. The place is very laid back which is perfect when you have kids with you. The room is what you would expect for blackpool - very basic but the TV works , its clean enough and the beds are actually really comfy. You aren't paying or expecting a 5* hotel but you get a home from home and you are a short walk from the tram stop. WiFi is free too!

The photos on here genuinely do not do this place justice. It is a gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean and the beds are the comfiest I've ever slept in in all the different hotels I've stayed in over the years. The owner Lisa is the nicest person an welcomes you with a big smile smile good chat. Wouldn't hesitate coming here again. Just a short 5-10 minute walk and your in you're in the centre if everything. Will definitely be coming back :)

Everything was perfect.

The manager odette was so welcoming to my family as soon as we arrived was so helpful and caring with all our needs. The hotel in itself was clean and tidy and facilities was great beds very comfortable. Would stay here again 100% when visiting Blackpool and so would my girls we can wait to come back thank you so much. 100% recommend to family and friends!

Was meant to mention to manager but had to rush off due to attending an appointment back home the shower in the room the water wasn’t fully coming out the shower head think the pipe may need fixing. Still could get a shower so it’s not a massive deal at all.

The owner is an absolute breath of fresh air , what a lovely kind welcoming woman. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean, we felt so safe there , just like being at home, was nice and easy to find and the parking is a mega bonus for us , we got a taxi to coral Island for the little one , was not expensive but we would of walked down if we didn't have the little legs with us as it was walking distance for us. We will be back :)

really liked the fact we could take the dog with us, Lisa was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Brendan, the manager, was brilliant. Allowed us to check in early and made sure everything was to our liking. Didn’t pay loads, so wasn’t expecting 5 star, but the room was clean, tidy & comfortable and the service we got for the money we paid was great. Finding a dog friendly hotel last minute was tricky, but glad we chose Mr Sandman’s

Lisa the manager is really friendly and accommodates your requests, even when made at short notice. I didn't manage to catch the full English breakfast, but Lisa kindly made me a tasty bacon and egg sandwich. The dining room is nicely laid out, with nice touches. The rooms are comfortable. It's not the Ritz, and it's priced accordingly. It's a large house; you'll get a friendly welcome. It's clean - the bedrooms and the rest of Mr Sandman's And dogs stay free.

There's a few too many stairs for my dog, but I expected that. (Plus point: Lisa was good-natured when he refused to be carried up or downstairs and gave us the time to navigate that situation. She also offered to carry my bags to make it easier to get up and downstairs. Lovely lady.) Couldn't quite fathom out the electric shower to get it hot - it might be me and my brain! But, eventually the shower ran hot.

The lady (Sorry I've forgotten your name) who checked us in and out was amazing, attentive and fantastic with all 3 of my kids. (One didn't want to leave her) The room was exactly what we needed, cheap, cheerful and clean. Tea and coffee facilities available too 👌 Also sent a courtesy message the next day to make sure we all slept well and had a good time in Blackpool.

En suite was small, but it does its job.
