Location. Cleanliness, staff

Nothing- all good. EXCEPT- I booked a car through Booking.com and the pick up/return instructions were incorrect causing me a lot of grief and stress- the voucher stated that the car rental office and pick up and return was a this hotel - the staff knew nothing of my car hire booking and to go back to the airport car rental place. Another walk in the rain dragging my suitcase. The car booking company was not there. I found it eventually- very poorly signposted I have emailed Booking.com customer services requesting compensation for this mistake. After a flight and a walk in the rain all over the place to find the car hire depot I was totally stressed and late getting to my destination. Very very nasty experience.

The hotel staff did their utmost to accommodate our needs as disabled travellers. they were considerate, thoughtful and responsive. The rooms were clean and had a fresh feeling decor. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower had plenty of power and we were able to get it nice and hot how we like.

The pillows don’t fit in the pillowcase which leaves a rather unpleasant situation of all guests sharing the same pillow with a large section uncovered. it was a bit icky! we pushed our pillows together and slept in the middle to avoid touching the edges as best we could.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and really nice, bed was amazing! Loved that there was a gym. Complimentary bus tickets into the city.

I had to really nitpick to find something. Some of the equipment in the gym was a bit dated - however worked well. From the international road bus stop there is no steps or way to get directly to the hotel entrance. One had to use the stairs at the Moxy hotel and walk all the way around. However, I can understand if it might be purposefully done this way. All in all we had a terrific stay.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the little details that made our stay better - fridge in the room, check-out at 12pm, free shuttle bus tickets to P&J and, most importantly, not scrimping on the breakfast options in the morning!

We felt the food menu was too expensive. We obviously only had a couple of items during our 1 night stay, but the pizza appeared to be cooked from frozen so was basic and not worth 14 quid. Tbf, the club sandwich was lovely, but again, not worth what we paid.

Hotel situated within walking distance of the airport. Staff were excellent in assisting with a package we had delivered. Very informative on arrival and rooms were ready early. Rooms were large with excellent shower and the breakfast choice was very good every day.

The bathroom sink is so close to the wall I couldn't get wet without throwing water down myself!

The room was clean and bright with a good desk to work at. The staff were really willing to be flexible and allowed a later checkout so i could continue to use the desk. i was then able to work in the cafe area for rest of the afternoon. I then came back on the 16 march only to use the cafe area to work in before my flight. I bought lunch from the shop - again the management and staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating - i was very impressed!

Modern and well equipped. Room was large, bed comfy, fridge and toiletries available. 24/7 mini shop for any late night snacks and stocked items you may have forgotten. Staff friendly.

Tv didn’t have YouTube or Netflix and not all of the Freeview channels worked but not a big issue. Carpet a bit stained although I could see it had been shampooed.

The breakfast was very good; the buffet had a good choice, the hot choice was quick, hot and tasty. Service was very good. The bedroom and communal areas were very comfortable; cleanliness and fixtures and fittings were very good. Staff were attentive, professional and friendly.

Dinner the night before was expensive for the quality and quantity.

Staff friendly and can’t do enough to help you during your stay. The room was clean and large with toiletries included. Air conditioning controlled in the room and a window that can be opened. Black out blinds, mini fridge in the room and tea and coffee facilities. Food was nice in the restaurant.

Nothing to dislike

Spacious room, comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Quiet and peaceful sleep despite the hotel being really busy. Breakfast buffet offered a good choice. Liked the evening meal room service arrangement - good food too. Although you collect it yourself when ready, the bar attendant took ours up for us. Covid protocols were excellent. They were also really accommodating when we needed a late checkout owing to flight delays. They also printed off lots of our travel paperwork ready for flying. We would definitely stay again.

More feedback than a complaint. The hotel had a large 'bumped' offshore contingent. This meant the eating area and bar were full - forcing room service. Maybe better to accommodate a large 'party' in a conference area, perhaps?
