Great property! The reception team were super friendly and helpful and the property itself was immaculate; well decorated public areas and apartments alike. A real getaway vibe in a very central location, convenient for a mooch around town and with great access to amenities and transport links….taxis and buses within a few minutes walk. Despite the city centre location, the soundproofing works and the apartment we stayed in was quiet and peaceful, despite it being one of the busiest weekends of the year.

Not a huge issue for us, but, eco credentials mean that there is no air conditioning, which together with the soundproofing mean that the apartment could get quite warm. A ceiling fan is built in and an additional floor standing fan is provided. These did the trick whilst we were there, but were needed particularly at night when the balcony door was shut.

I am a Savy Traveller and seen the Shores of the Atlantis in Dubai and Four Seasons in Mauritius never have I ever stayed at a Hotel like this! This is the Closest thing to Business Heaven.... It's the Team for Me. Honestly hand on heart we are Brighton Boys through and Through but never have we been met with so much 🫶🏽🤍🫶🏽 in a Business they made such a fuss of Us. Excellent location, right in the centre of Brighton, less than 10 minutes walk from the station, right on the doorstep of all of Brighton's famous shopping areas, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean, with fresh milk in the fridge which was a very nice touch. Very friendly staff and dead easy to check in.

In my experience (just one night) there was nothing negative about the hotel. I don't think there is a restaurant or such like; my sense was that it is just the rooms, with a reception desk. But there are literally hundreds of restaurants and cafes in the centre of Brighton so I would not have used a hotel restaurant anyway.

The room is lovely and very well equipped. It is also very clean. The location is brilliant as it is so central. The discounted parking is good too. I liked the fact it had a 24/7 reception.

The room was very hot. We went on a fairly warm day but not ridiculous. When you walked back into the hotel, the heat hit you and the room was warm. We had a room facing the back (over a grave yard/church). We had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat and it was very loud. I was woken up at 4 am as people were out there shouting. The hotel is so lovely and was perfect for our night stay. It would be ideal in winter.

It was in a great location, close to all shops and restaurants and the beach of course! Very Modern apartment, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Would definitely stay again. Staff also held our bags both days which was helpful and convenient!

The studio suite advertises a ‘king size bed’ however it definitely was more like a small double bed. Additionally the room temperature had a minimum of 19degrees, and the fan was extremely weak. It was super hot during the day and night. We had to keep the blinds closed and windows partially open although we were next to a tree so did not want bugs/flies to come in.

With good facilities like the 24/7 gym room. The room also had everything you need, a kitchen, a dish washer, an oven and a washing machine… The staffs are super friendly and helpful too! We found our washing machine doesn’t work well and the staff help us to fix it. Really appreciate with their help and service:)

The only thing is that the hotel is an eco-friendly hotel, so the light will turn off automatically when the sensor sense no motion in the room or the corridor, so it might be a bit scary when u’re backing to the room coz there’s no light in the corridor. But so far it’s okay for me!

Clean, self-contained and with everything you need to dine in, or party out. The location is great, close to town and the transport links. Everything is provided, including the pots and pans if you want to cook. With such a wide selection of food outlets in the area, you are spoiled. Brighton is great for night life or watching the world go by. The apartments have a 24hour reception and someone is always around to help if you need them. You cannot get past reception without your card key so security is good. And we had a great balcony/terrace to sit out on as it was so warm.

location was great as far as what little i knew from the city. I liked how the amenities were there and in top form. The bathtub was huge and clean so I was able to have a nice bath. The roof terrace was fantastic, and the team was very friendly and helpful.

While booking I wasn't exactly sure which room was which as the pictures were the same but the description different. I was extra happy when the room was bigger than expected and better spaced, but would have rather had a better understanding of the space earlier, i.e. we weren't sure if the terrace was accessible

Well sized and appointed apartment/ studio. Hygiene was to a good standard. Great Central location not far from the train station . My studio was well laid out with nice fixtures including electric blinds , a coffee machine , fridge, oven/ microwave combo,washing machine etc . Lots of natural light. Staff were quite pleasant as well.

The adverbar was not open from Monday to Thursday. Although tge staff stated its not hidden in the small print I had to pay a £250.00 security deposit for any possible damages to the studio. This information is not Showing on the main page of booking.com

The location is the reason I chose this hotel stayed for a week and an a half in the penthouse apartment. The views was gorgeous at night . Perfect do shopping and getting around. I took the train an Ubers so don’t know what the parking is like . Was easy for me though getting to front if hotel in car was easy access, perfect location for everything really. my room was clean , bathroom clean . If I paid a little more I cloud have got a bath penthouse suit , I had a good shower though in my room , clean bathroom , electric blinds, kitchen got everything you need . Another reason I chose this hotel was the washing machine , as I’m a live in care worker an came here straight after a job .so needed a washing machine, Kitchen was clean and tidy . Hot chocolate they leave u in little bags on table was amazing . Kitchen had coffee machine and convection oven perfect dish washer to .has everything you would need . staff are very helpful and polite any questions I asked they helped with grate stay would recommend

Being in penthouse for a week an half, and smack bang in the middle of other rooms , you get the people that rent for 1-2 days . In my stay I had some of them , happened 3 times in my stay, slamming doors upstairs late at night shouting in corridors .one of them had a group booking as they was up an down the elevator half the night ,so the loudness at night. The guests was a problem sometimes you can tell straight which ones will be an issue . The hotel itself is amazing overall loved my stay
