The Villa was pretty big. We booked 1 bedroom villa and it Had enough space for 4 ppls. The villa was equipped with all facitlies. It has electric stove for cooking, filter for drinking water, seperate Baq Bq grill with light. The gill was very clean, seprate parking. The location is quite and good place to hangout and bar bq with friend and family. The place is 20 mints to Top of Jebel Hafeet.

There is nothing bad about place, location..everything was pretty good however hot spring is bit far, you have to drive there and unfortunately the water flow was so low that i can even dip my feet in there.

The reception was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us all the information and things we need. The staff are so prompt with all our request. Salute for having the best service!

I hope they can add a chair or lounge near the bbq pit for families to chill and eat outdoor. The hot spring was not open in some areas. Kitchen utensils should be provided. I suggest the management can improve in the future by connecting a hot spring pipe in each of the chalet and build a sauna or small pool in the private backyard.

Loved the rooms. They are huge and have everything u need. Privacy was amazing.

I feel they should make a pool, some play area and some other entertainment facility inside the resort premised.

Peaceful and relaxing place. The compound which we stayed at (D) was for families, properly set up with a lot of landscapes for football and play areas. We explored the place that had a nice lake at a different location, and the mountain view was nice. They also have hot springs and swimming pools for both genders. Overall, it was a nice place to spend the weekend at.

Individual closed chalets with complete privacy. Relaxing & peaceful. The barbeque is an added advantage.

The walls surrounding the chalets are very tall & block the entire view from the chalets - if they were shorter the views could be enjoyed sitting in the chalets Or maybe the walls be replaced by grills to get uninterrupted views. As the views outside is just amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff - from security to reception. Beautiful Scenic Location. Very private & spacious chalets. The mountain views from the lounge, bedroom & little patio was absolutely breathtaking. The bbq facility was an added bonus! What an blessing waking up to the sounds of birds in the nearby trees. This was a much needed short staycation & we definitely recommend Green Mubazzarah Chalets to those who want a peaceful & scenic holiday close to nature. The Chalets are just a short drive away from Al Ain where there’s many amazing things to do.

Perfectly aligned with pandemic guidelines.. every chalet is far way with huge space for the kids to play on their own terms.. close by to nature and away from Rocky world.. if u carry all the required stuff - it’s the best place for a family .. or families together is highly recommended as the property is too big with double bed rooms, living room, kitchen with all requirements..

They don’t have the pool or any other activities for kids.. cycles will be given only after 9 am .. absence of a restaurant or food options .. atleast for a quick buy is also not available..

Close to a public park. Independent villa. Kids friendly. Easy to locate though reception is a bit far from the actual stay.

No way to know about the facilities around the property. You need to explore by urself. Some kind of support staff is required while check-in.

Check in and out process was seamless. The location is beautiful. A/C was excellent. Privacy was as required. Allowed a late check out which was really awesome. The location is green and well maintained. Overall, an enjoyable stay for the family.

The entire chalet floor was slanted at an angle. The doors kept closing - Felt odd walking through it. Bed frame was not cleaned properly - had stains. Bedsheets were not clean. Had to get housekeeping to change and clean. Directions to the far off block chalets were not clear. A map should be given to guests for the exact location OR have clear signage.

old furnishings; not enough kitchen appliances, plates and cutlery for a family; house somehow tilted, there was a slight slope where you could let a ball lose and it would go down by itself from the end of the living room to the entrance.
