staff,cleanliness,easy check in/out process.nice coffee shop at the next door,grocery stores at the opposite side. comfortable hotel away from the city noise. one of the receptionists her name is Seyma is very professional and knowledgeable, she will always guide the residents with a nice smile and a welcoming face expression!

location is a bit far from the city centre(Meydan) as well as the major malls, and taxis rates to there are not cheap. round trip ~$16 dine in options is less and wish they had a room service menu as everything in the area around closes at 9pm. -bellboys need to be more attentive. -air conditioning system will be in heating mode during winter, and the room will get very very warm which is annoying , you have to keep the windows open to get a cool breeze.

The staff are kind and helpfull, the breakfast is good but there is not much variety, the bed and pillows are comfy, the room is big especially the one with the city view is spacious and the reception can arrange for tours. In the hotel there is a small kiosk that sell snacks, drinks, souvenirs and necessities.The otopark for taxi and mini bus is next to the hotel. The hotel is close to Cevahir mall and many shops are surrounded. Overall the hotel is a good value of money and we have enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean but not perfectly clean, there are no facilities except a gym. The location is a little far from down town.

Staffs of Park Dedeman were incredibly kind and helpful especially front desk staff Tolga. He speaks English fluently which helped us a lot in terms of communication. I stayed with my family and we all enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They really made it such a wonderful and a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful and clean room, nice breakfast every morning with excellent service. Not to mention the great location and the amazing view . I met many people from my country staying at this property and I'd surprisingly met my professor as well there. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the facilities and the property was clean and perfect. i like the view of the city and the green mountain from the balcony. there is a coffee shop down the hole i like it.

The A/C was turning off automatically in the night! i asked the reception to fix it but they were saying it's an automated system to save energy.

- The hotel is surrounded by many grocery stores and restaurants and close to the airport. - Check in was relatively quick. - The room was clean and comfy. - Breakfast had many varieties.

- We requested to get help with the luggage when we checked out. However, no one came to help. - One of the two elevators was not working on our first day of stay. Nevertheless, it got fixed the next day. - The room cards didn't work once so we had to go back to the reception to reactivate them. - The room should be described as "partial sea view" not "sea view".

Clean. Comfortable but little far from the center. However, 7 minutes from the airport. Staff are, in general, very helpful but there is one guy (no name label on him) was rude and extremely non helpful. He wears an orange Tshirt.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. I stayed two nights and then extended for another two nights. Special thanks to Tolga from the reception he was a big help for me. Arranging the same room with the best price and arranged a Car rental for a good price. So you can get anything you want they will help you and location is the best in Trabzon. I will definitely come again and stay in the same hotel.

elevator experience is bad as you need to wait or sometimes get in the line waiting with respect to the buffet, only two stations for omelette so you will see a long line of hungry guests

Location is close to the airport , downtown, malls . Clean room and bathroom. Good staff. Quite and comfortable room ( i got suite )

Limited choices in breakfast and the hot drinks are not well organised and not up to expectations , elevators instead of taking us down it goes up first to other floors then go down , the tv don’t have casting feature for the guest to play movies from the phone .

The location of the hotel is excellent and clean, and there is a supermarket close to it and it has almost all the needs. There are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and the price is reasonable. The staff is very classy, ​​especially Hakan and sema , thank you
