First of all I would like to mention the nice person Mr. MOHAMMED from CBC renting car agency .. He is a Super helpful and available most of the time to help with a quick responses on any question .. He is always asking if we need help not just in his speciality ! The Hotel location is perfect it located in the center of Trabzon .. Where you can do shopping or have the most delicious food .. The beautiful view of our room (509) ! and it space is perfect Breakfast is good Some of the employees are nice

Not providing the drinks in the room every day ! (Tea - Coffee - Water) Not providing the Tissues in the room every day ! The person who was behind the reception desk upon our arrival was rude ! I after the check in procedures I asked him to check out the room number cause he gave us other client room key & we get inside the room we found there things !! And some one was in the toilet !!!! When I told him that he gave me the wrong key.. he was shouting saying that I ask him for the (505) room key !! How come I ask for the room key by the number and we just arrive to the hotel !!! I I don't know where is the room ?!!! We ask for 2 king size bed only .. We found them but there was single bed also !!!!! Which made the space smaller !

The staff are not friendly they are grumpy and sarcastic. They gave us a room underground with no windows they told us they didn't have any rooms left but we replaced it after some talking, we were 4 women maybe they thought we wouldn't complain it was an off-putting experience. except one young man in the staff was really friendly and helpful I wish I knew his name thank you for your kindness, the other staff need training to smile and be more hospitable towards different people. The room is small

Car rental company inside the hotel. A guy called ABDULLAH, I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH HIM. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY INSIDE THE HOTEL

Everything was good about this hotel, staff were always smiling, generous, helpful, location is close to the center and the shopping areas . Mr. Abdulla at the reception was extremely good person and just felt like being my younger brother , I wish him good luck

There is a big hall at the ground floor , they should care more to make it sitting area for the guests

Cebeci Grand Hotel is located in central Trabzon within easy walking distance of the city's main shopping and tourist street. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. Travel Tip: If you're in Trabzon to do tours to the Sumela Monastery and/or Uzungol, the hotel is conveniently located next to the office of a tourism company that has good tours at very reasonable rates. Do not book through the hotel or you will pay a higher rate than necessary.

I stay at this hotel 4 days. The staff were all kind and helped me with whatever advice I asked for. The room was comfortable, however it does not correspond to the photos in Booking. My room was as shown in the photo below. There were no paintings, nor was it as bright as Booking's photographs showed. Also, there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom for all days ... There were only 2 soaps. Also, for the first 2 days they forgot to leave me water. Certainly the room doesnt correspond to reality as shown in the photos. Nevertheless, it was very close to the city center and the staff polite und helpful

Staff was good! Especially Muhammad and Abdullah, very friendly and attentive. They assisted us with tours and airport pick up. Breakfast was good enough. Location and view was great. We did have proper sleep, with those plush pillows and bed.

In the future we should check with the hotel if they cater for universities athletes, we did not like it. It was crowded and chaotic. During breakfast they acted like monsters. They also stared at us as if we did anything wrong, and they were very territorial, although the hotel was for every paying guest, not just them. The bathroom was wet and cold. There was no auto-closing room door, as well as sound proofing. The use of paper cups was fine, but not very good. Also, dining room staff during breakfast answered his phone and spoke loudly during service. I have worked in a hotel service before and never have I ever seen and done such lousy attitude. I guess the service training was not the same.

Some neighbors in surrounding rooms were smoking inside the room and the smell comes throughout central air conditioning systems to us

A beautiful reception from the staff with a smiling face and a beautiful spirit. As for the hotel, it was beautiful, thank God, and comfortable. We encountered nothing but all the best. The breakfast is varied and the view of Taza is amazing. The breakfast salon is directly on the sea, close to all the markets. I rented a car from them from Mr. Mehmet, who gave us the best car. He helped us with maps and directed us to the most beautiful areas in Trabzon. He was in continuous contact with us, and after our trip ended, we delivered the car to the airport, and Mr. Muhammad Ali was waiting for us at 5 AM. He received it from us with the best treatment, of course, at the hotel and at the car company. There were translators, meaning the young people who were there to speak Arabic. Everything was fine for us. Praise be to God. We will return, God willing. close

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Its location is strategically placed, right in the heart of the city and only minutes away from the square. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent, and I would like to extend my gratitude to Mohammed. He is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responds to all requests promptly. Both he and Abdullah also assisted me with planning local trips in Trabzon. I highly recommend it.

I would suggest having lampshades in the room for sleeping since there is only one light source.
