variety of pools made for a good family evening! nice big family room.

the rooms were so hot! since they needed the key card for electricity, they heated up every time you left. the restaurant was slow and poor quality.

all pools and hamam open 24/7. there are outdoor and indoor pools. OUT: one larger+kids pool 32°C + smaller one filled with thermal water 39°C IN: larger one+kids heated ~32°C + thermal jacuzzi 37°C. our room was equipped with floor heating 😁 and in the bathroom instead of standard low shower basin was a small "pool" you could fill in with thermal water - there was a separate tap with crazy hot thermal water

hotel was surrounded by backyards which were quite messy and dirty, but this is not hotel's fault

There’s many thermal hotel in Karahayit but you can not use spa facility 24 hours. Here in Ece hotel, you can use it whenever you want. This is the most advantage in this hotel. Also the massage service (option menu) was really good here. This was the second time we visit and we are always satisfied with massage.

Maybe open buffet breakfast could a bit richer. (But it was OK for us, we don’t need a big breakfast always)

The hotel was in a central location with eating places and shops all around. The rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful. The pool and hot tub in the basement were a lovely way to relax when we came back in the evening. Pamukkale and Hierapolis were only a short drive away

Not much to complain about really. The ladder in the thermal hot pool in the basement was rusty in places and a little loose. There was a cockroach in the men's shower. Nothing I couldn't handle.

This is our second time in this hotel. I like it for the thermal pool 38°, and non-thermal but still warm pool 28°, both outside. There are also thermal and non-thermal pools inside, plus thermal water in every room. And you get bath-robe, even for child, just like in 5-stars hotels! The breakfast is quite rich, contains sausages, boiled eggs, greens, fruits, cereals, etc. The location is very good for visiting all sights in nearby area. There is a huge parking just in front of the hotel.

very good location close to Pamukkale. Nice and big room. SPA treatment is available on site but only in the evening and you have to book it in advance. They have small indoor mineral pool but it was much more nice to use outdoor heated pool suitable for swimming and a small hot mineral pool outside too (It doesn't look clean, but pleasure of using ~26C big pool and ~40C mineral pool in cold weather was absolutely nice!!! Breakfast is not rich but definitely enough to start a day.

soundproof is not a best, so your comfort may depends of your neighbors.

The staff was friendly. And it's one of the few hotel gave us the exact type of room we booked during our 2 weeks trip in Turkey.....The outdoor pool was small but warm as described. And there is interesting eco-friendly set up in the room-- the aircon will turn off automatically if you doesn't close the floor-to ceiling window to the balcony properly.（some might find it annoying)

The pools in the basement needs more ventilation(so we didn't use the spa). And the ourdoor pools may need to be cleaned up more regularly.

I booked this hotel because I thought it was in Pamukkale because the name has “Pamukkale” in it. I was a bit upset when the navigator took me past Pamukkale to get to the small village this hotel is in. But boy was I much more happy when I arrived. the hotel is clean and convenient, and run by very friendly and helpful staff. And…I really really liked the small village better than Pamukkale. The people there are so friendly and genuine. The bazar was tons of fun and loaded with deals. Cafes were quaint and charming. The Tea Garden on the corner is a must visit. And the thermal pools, inside and outside the hotel, are incredible. You have to take a few minutes to enjoy them! All in all, I had a great visit in this village and a very nice stay at the Termal Ece. It has my highest recommendation.

Nothing to dislike

There is a thermal pool, regular pool around 20 meters long and a children's pool outdoors, and the same indoors, the pool is smaller there. All work 24 hours, which is very convenient. Also every room has a thermal bath, of different size, depending on the class of the room. Balconies are expansive in some rooms, in others somewhat smaller, again, it depends on the class. Breakfast is average, nothing fancy, but good enough. Rooms are large, with heated floors, so it's warm even in winter. Staff is friendly. We hope to return there in future, it's a perfect place for a winter vacation and there are several ancient sites not far from the hotel, e.g. Hierapolis only 2 km away.. There are even some remains even in the village, in walking distance. Also the ancient city of Tripolis seems to me very underappreciated, 20 km away and the entrance is free.

Rooms and facilities are very nice! Multiple swimming pools are accessible and this is quite a gem. Breakfast was not my favourite in turkey, but still one must recognise there was bread with several cheese-veggies-marmalade options as well as cereals.

Unfortunately, we had some troubles at night because we could hear the other rooms that were loud around us. if you also struggle with sleep, this might be a disadvantage.
