Park Dedeman Denizli

We were traveling to another destination and this was a stopping point for the night. It was easily accessible. It was remarkably quiet, given it was in the industrial area, but also on the outside of the main town. Pamukkale was visible from our room, as was Laodicea. The dinner meal we ate was nice and there were good menu choices. The breakfast was buffet, but well organized for health and safety. Plenty of choices for all. The staff were polite and friendly, altho we had litter interaction other than check in/out and the restaurant.

Everything was neat, tidy and clean, but it is obvious that the hotel does need a bit of a facelift.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was much better than I had expected which was nice to have. In the morning we went to breakfast at the hotel it was very delicious. They do a nice job preparing everything and there is a view from the dining room. The hotel is very close to Pamukkale and Heiropolis which made for an easy drive in the morning. Overall a nice hotel at a great price.

Property is good if you have a car, otherwise its really outside of city center

Reception staff is good, but management is not good, My money got stolen from my room, but management did not take any action to resolve my matter, they even find out video proof that someone from house keeping entered our room but still they said we cant help

The staff is nice and friendly, price is reasonable but I would say it’s a bit pricey for such locations and quality.

The hotel is a bit off town, there’s not much ways to go out if you don’t drive. The toilet door is made out of wood and due to the leakage of the shower, the bottom of the door is damp. There’s a lot of mosquitoes in the room, I had to kill all of it before going to bed, but still got bites at the end.

The hotel is new and near Pamukkale. The location is good, the setting outside during the night is very nice and enjoyable while having a drink.

The staff does not speak English and the check-in and check-out process was lengthy and complicated. There were not enough staff, nobody helped us with our luggage and we had to carry everything ourselves.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was good for us, far from the noise of the road or city

The shower was not working properly (shower head was broken) and it was very difficult to use it.

The staff did their best to help us and even provided us a fan which was really appreciated. The room size was adequate and the hotel had the best covid 19 precautions we have experienced on our trip. The breakfast which we opted for was plentiful and delicious.

No air conditioning was available in October when its not yet cold enough for it to be comfortable without it. The hotel rooms show some wear and only two pillows are provided.

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were large and clean. The staff were very nice and assisted if we needed help. Parking was good. The breakfast was good.

Nice medium level hotel. Staff were very helpful. Location was easy to find, its on a hill next to the main road into town.

Expensive bar drinks. Breakfast was very limited.
