Sheraton Bursa Hotel

Hamam and Baliness's messages are incredible. The staff is helpful and welcoming. IDA, the Andonesian spa lady, is beyond amazing at her work.. Ebrar from the reception and her colleagues are welcoming, helpful, and friendly to the kids. The hotel location is perfect and convenient, especially for families with kids.

The hotel is not at a 5-star level in terms of cleanliness and furniture. It's not about the day-to-day cleaning, but the carpets and curtains are very dirty and have a lot of spots, the furniture has so many scratches and looks so old as well as the wooden walls and decorations in the rooms and corridors, it feels dirty and old. Breakfast is not good; the same items every day, with not even a new dish, don't taste good. The indoor swimming pool is very small. This property has great staff and an amazing location, but it is old and does not have very clean rooms and corridors.

I liked the location and the view also great staff friendly too. The room was excellent and clean. I enjoyed my stay very well. I liked the parking services and the hotel was very close from the park also the malls and the mountain too. Great buffet.

1-The curtains keep falling when I close them they need some fixes. 2- When people are outside my door talking, I can hear them very loudly. the door needs some kind of soundproofing from under it. 3- The food menu for the room is small. Should include turkish food like kofte..etc, but to be honest, it's great. After all, I would book again. All these things I just mentioned it to be fixed and noted.

SPA Center is very poor ! Cold water in main pool , cold hall of all SPA , no variety of different services .... Deserted place... Food in restaurant is not a level of Sheraton...! Ordered food not deliscious , supermarket products in the dish ...on the table ... ! Service and waiters are good ! We were for New Years Evening - in the SHERATON hotel restaurant no celebration , no music , no nothing .... no small program even 30 minutes ?! It is pity for big and nice international structure to be so sad on New Years Evening ?.....

The location is great and very close to Marka mall, carrefour, Shaine efendi shop, Parkor mall, and Yahyazadah resaurant. It is situated in a modern area of Bursa and the river is nearby for a nice walk at night. It is very clean, and the suite was spacious. The bathroom was great with separate rain shower, toilet, and bathtab. Metro subway statipon is also nearby not far. The restaurant is very nice, and the lobby is so cool. It is a quiet place with no noise at all, and all staff were very nice and cooperative and will respond to your needs quickly. Absolutely will stay again in Sheraton Bursa next time.

This is a continuation of my previous comment with a brief update. I got this message from the front desk : Dear Guest, Your departure day is today. Check out time was at 12:00. Please, come to the reception urgently for an extension or checking out Best Regards, Although a late check out was done by the lovely Mr Huseyin. The front desk today could use some smiling faces especially the lady with the red hair, so guest could feel they are welcome. I honestly don't know who sent the message and inquired about the sender but got no reply! Turkey is a wonderful country and people from all around the world come and visit and contribute to its economy. So if you don't want to deal with tourists, why are you in this business??? However, Mr Okan was superb and really helpful with a welcoming attitude💐

The place is nice with a lot of activities to do in door and near by outdoor activities . I recommend to turn the Terras to coffee shop to see higher view

I already communicated one comment I noticed about the kitchen and restaurant and I hope they are doing something to avoid it

I like overall atmosphere starting from the lobby, cleanliness of all areas, all types of consumables in the room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, good choice of food, pastries, sweets, etc. Prepared in front of you eggs are adding some home atmosphere to your breakfast.

I did not like the security check frame at the entrance, it affected my mood negatively.

I like the location and the hotel This is my second stay and I loved it Special thanks to the house keeping and the guest relation Cigdem Ozgel. My daughter totally loved and sure we'll be back there when visiting Bursa

Unexpectedly poor breakfast for Sheraton , the smell of cigarettes everywhere and rooms that need renovation
