Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa, an IHG Hotel

The most we recognized and like is that wherever area you go in this hotel , you will find a professional employee who will serve you more than what we expect. We would specifically name Mr. Okan, the assistant guest relations manager who greatfully made our stay so wonderful. We would say that his efforts and dealing with us as a family made our plan to be changed. Instead to get back to Istanbul, we extend 2 nights more. Morever, Mr. Regep is another great employee who made our mornings very wonderful. In addition, both Ms.Carmen and Ebru working at the reception are so great too. Simply, we found these employees are so professional and they are reflecting of real people in Turkey and how they treat their guests.We like also facilities such as swimming pool, thermal thereby and Turkish bath.

Welcoming staff, receptionist was more than happy to provide help about visiting options within city. located right in front of ParkOra which is Live at night with many restaurant options and cafes. Hotel offered us free breakfast vouchers which was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good. Carrefour mall is 2 minutes walking behind hotel. Room service food was very good, and service was really fast. Self parking provided by hotel for free. We got superior king room which was very spacious for my small family, and had a great city view. Cleaning service is top notch. Good value for money.

AC in the room was not cooling inside the room. We had to request extra crib multiple times until it was finally delivered to the room. TV size is a little small for a modern hotel/spacious room.

I extended my stay as my wife celebrated her birthday at the hotel. I arranged with the front office events co-ordinator to do something special in the room. The result, my wife was blown away when she walked into the room. everything around this hotel from entrance lobby to breakfast room to the deluxe bedroom was of high standard. Buffet Breakfast had a very wide variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly even thou only person spoke English. Cleanliness exceptional. Bonus to this property is the largest Mall in Bursa opened just around the corner within a 5 minute walk.

For the couple of days that we stayed here I really can't find any dislikes.

+ Nice quality of the rooms + Perfect cleaning staff. (Especially the woman with the scarf at our floor. She solved problems, which tecnicians couldnt solve!) + Location was good for us. The hotel is very near to malls and food courts.

- We got wrong information in advance. Before I booked the rooms, I asked if the spa area is open. They confirmed that it is open. But in reality when we arrived the spa center was generally closed on mondays. This was very bad for us, because we relied on the information and booked accordingly. If we had known that it is closed on mondays we wouldnt have booked. - There was a very bad smell coming out from our restroom. The technicians could not solve it and said it is normal in bursa. Later we asked the cleaning woman and she could solve it perfectly! - At the spa it is not allowed to swim without a cap. They sell them for you for about 5 dollars.

The Breakfast was excellent and there are so many things in the buffet. The location was excellent and near to the Marka mall and near to many restaurants and no fare from so many locations in bursa going by taxi. The room was good and clean . The staff were very very helpful.

I tried to book a trip to Istanbul by ferry that not accept any non Turkish credit cards or debit card, so i asked the hotel to book it for me and charge it to my room , that they were unable to book it due to that they don't have any hotel credit card. So I believe if they can do it, it will be an extra service for the customers.

not perfectly located, have to drive about 10-15 minutes with slight traffic at peak times to get to city centre, where most of tourist attractions are, but still easy to get around with a vehicle

Good location. Very comfortable stay.

The club lounge fell short of what was advertised. The buffet was not a true buffet. Some bread roll sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit and nuts is not what was expected. The drinks between 7 and 9pm were limited (stored in an ice bucket) and encouraged us to drink and dine from outside of the facility.

we arrived late in the evening after a full day of drive. we were greeted by ANDAC TURKCAN at the reception with his out of the way approach to accommodate us as best and quick he can. He communicated in English since to make us more comfortable to explain what we are looking for tonight. The next morning we were well rested and had a great breakfast before we left at checkout time. It was one of our last days in Turkey and it was one of the best stay made possible by Andac Turkcan at the reception. Thank you

One thing that I don’t like it about the hotel they don’t allow food and beverages from outside the hotel, one time I ordered a dinner for delivery and reception called me and make it like I’m doing a big crime which is very weird.

Great service, nice modern building , location in new business area with shopping mall at walking distance! Very close ( across the street) small restaurant centre with many options to eat and drink. Spa is fine - big and rich ! Breakfast 5 stars !
