The Land Of Legends Kingdom Hotel - All-in Concept

We stayed at the Kingdom Hotel for 4 nights, and the hotel was absolutely amazing. Location-wise, it's great, it's part of an area that is called the Land of Legends, the Land of Legends park is right in front of the hotel and the entire area has a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is great, they are very welcoming and always happy to help, some of the room service staff have some issues understanding/talking in English. There is good Wi-Fi in the hotel, and there is also Wi-Fi in the shopping area and the park which are also OK. The cleaning service is great. Regarding the room: While, for some, it might be too colorful or childish, it's still a great room, and you just need to spend there a few hours, most of which, you will probably sleep. I do have one down point for the deluxe room, there is the normal deluxe room with a double bed and a sofa, and the deluxe with 2 kids room that has a king bed, so the down point is that if you have one child you will need to sleep in 2 separated beds, or add about 500 USD for a normal couple bed. Regarding the park: The park is huge, we saw a comment in one of the reviews that considered this place of the Disneyland of Turkey, and I completely agree.

There was a bit of an issue with the spa but nothing that is worth to elaborate too much since it was a specific scenario

Staying at the hotel offers you free access to the theme park which includes two sections (wet area and dry area). I would highly recommend having a swim wear all time while going to the theme park. The hotel also offers a free fast track band while staying there. I would also recommend the 2 meal option (breakfast and dinner) as the dinner buffet is really one of the best I have ever seen. There are plenty of activities for kids even at night when the park is closed. The mall area closes at 12am which is good for night shoppers.

The beverages at the buffet with an extra charge which I couldn't understand after paying this amount and everything else is inclusive! Would recommend the hotel to re-look at this again.

The rooms are the best we’ve ever seen, so spacious and clean. The hotel has everything you can think of for entertainment and food. The slides are incredible So many thinks to do in the water park We had a customer relations officer assigned to us that made everything so easy! Access to Rixos Belek was amazing for a break at the pool/beach with full all inclusive

The staff don’t all speak English and the ones that don’t are reluctant to help. The park opens from 10-7 easily should be 8-8 The all in option is not worth it, with most things at the park not included. The fast track needs to give you access on more rides It’s not clear which rides/slides have photos/videos and they are deleted the next day. For kids not yet 120cm they can’t do any of the big rides outside of the splash pools and baby slides

We enjoyed the entertainment organised for the little ones every day. The night show is mesmerising. Access to the theme park a great addition. So was the complementary trip to the Rixos hotel at the beach. Food is of very good quality and variety. Service top notch. Our room (Family suite) clean and spacious. If you book this room you get a concierge. Our concierge Fatiha was absolutely amazing! Oh, PS4 in the room!

It’s a shame that the lights at the front of the hotel did not work and the sitting area near the entrance was not illuminated. Room had minor signs of wear and tear like scratches on the wall. Overall not much to complain about.

Great place for family, friendly staff in children club, tasty local food

Needs more professional maintenance to keep the hotel in perfect condition for longer, but it was very nice hotel, the hotel is very clean but needed some deep cleaning for small things

The entire experience was awesome. The facility is just something marvelous. The staff is amazing I have never seen such a hospitable staff anywhere always smiling and ready to assist. The staff at arcade deserves a statute they are effortlessly busy the entire day to keep the children happy. Overall it was very memorable.

They are a bit expensive specially when aqua park and pools are also closed the price should be reduced given limited scope of facilities in miviand onwards furthermore the buffet should include all drinks ( except for alcohol) for free. The extra charges for soft drink at a buffet is something I felt a let down.

-the location is far but you have a mall and a park so you don't need to leave the property. -its all about kids entertainment and food choices which my kids enjoyed. -candy and drinks all day. - the food was amazing -the room cleaned every day spotless very comfortable beds -the staff at the reception area are all polite and friendly

-No kids club to keep kids inside alone you always have to be there. - The staff in B floor especially the ones working behind the coffee and tea Bar very unfriendly and rude. They never smile and have an attitude. -Ice cream lady in the buffet was rude to my daughter and did not even give her a chance to request another flavor . - Kids felt racism and mentioned it to me while they were at kids area

The swimming is a perfect place for kids, the themed rooms are nice, playing areas and swimming pools are really amazing

everything was amazing from breakfest to dinner to the waterpark and the rooms were awesome for the kids, this hotel is a dream come true for kids especially, plus the staff are very friendly, the arcade games they have downstairs are all free and very kids friendly, the daily activities they have from morning to night for kids are awesome like face painting, clowns, kids disco night, many more plus over all of this the water park and the whole adventure park, loved everything about it.

that they did not have full inclusive, although i found other guests who were coming from Uk, who had the option to choose full inclusive, where i didnt as i was coming from dubai, that was kind of unfair.
