Beautiful place, many things to do, staff vas very nice. The food was good, especially breakfast. Good music in the pool area e disco. There are many sports to play, beach volley, darts, bocce, tennis and fitness center.

If you need something and contact the reception, they were very late to bring them. So, for the last day, we needed the shuttle to checkout, as it didn't arrive, we had to go walking. SPA was very good, but the manager was a very rude person. He didn't like to explain, just take money!!

I went with my husband and 2 kids. We were bit disappointed with the room as the balcony had no sun and the room was very dark even with the lights on. I did ask to change room, but unfortunately the hotel was full. But on the up side - The grounds are beautiful with lots of greenry and wildlife. The entertainment team made our holiday. The kids club is very impressive lots of activities on everyday the staff were so friendly and made It fun for the kids. A big thank you to Ahu, who my kids absolutely adored. And played my sons fav song at the main pool ‘green, green grass’. Also a thank you to all the kids club staff who were great. There is also lots of activities for the adults such as aerobics, archy, water polo you won’t ever get bored at this hotel. There is food available all the time you won’t ever go hungry. The kids loved the ice cream hut. If your a coffee drinker, your be pleased to know there is a coffee shop with all sorts of coffee and an impressive selection of cakes 😋. We liked going to the al carte restaurants in the evening. Good selection of drinks. Good evening entertainment. We loved that the hotel is on the beach and has bars a very short walk either end. The main pool was a lovely temperature. The slides could do with a few more floats. I would recommend this hotel, if your looking for a fun family holiday this is the place. We plan to go back next year!

Comfortable pathways, beds and a beautiful garden in the complex. Sleeping there was peaceful, my sleep won’t interfered by any noise. The buffet has good kind of selections but the taste is average.

At the beginning, the room we get was horrible. It smelt cigarettes and there were no soaps neither at the shower area nor next to the sink. Bathtub had a broken element lying on the surface. They also forgot to provide us slippers and bathrobes. At the end I visited the reception and asked for another room and then we get an upgraded room which was really good.

It was accessible, not far from Restaurants or reception and was easy to get too. Very clean and was very modern and the bed was super comfortable.

The blinds on the glass window into the bathroom are pointless as you would have thought they’d be on the inside than outside in the room as anyone would be able to open them if they went into the room.

Very very friendly Russian speaking lady Kifayet helped us with everything, thanks to her! Garden rooms in the forest are perfect, pools and ponds everywhere, the smell of the flowers and other greenery is amazing. Buffet, sauna, main swimming pool, pool bar, aqua park and the whole territory of the hotel are just incredibly awesome. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends

Lovely area/ gardens . Nice area with it being on the beach. Pools were nice.

The food was mostly cold on the buffet and no choice- same food offered every day.. Not enough seating for the evening entertainment.

The selection of sports activities. e.g. super water slides ! The beautiful gardens, green grass and the cleanliness of the rooms.

The phone in my room didn't work and although I had asked it to be remedied to different staff members, unfortunately it never happened, during my 4 day stay.

1- Tatyana from the reception is the most kindness person in the world .. she make my stay very very amazing ❤️ she help me with my kids to have the best room ever .. 2- the staff are very welcome .. 3- the schedule for the kids was very big and the kids club staff are very amazing and my kids was so happy with them .. 4- schedule for the intertement all the day .. at night we had fun wvery day some thing new .. 5- the pools was clean and they make activities to much .. 6- all the time there is food and snack for all the family .. 7- the house keeping and very very fastest staff in the world and the cleaners was amazing 👌 8- there is parking areas inside the hotel ..

The lady in the lobby bar are not welcome and she make every thing difficult .. and she fell nervous.. we go 3 times for her to make reservations for the resturant first time she said time finish come tommorow and other day we go she let us wait between 45 minets to 1 hour .. and we didnt do the reservation..

Excellent location, water slides were a great addition

Food was slightly disappointing, salads etc and puddings were excellent but it was let down by the lack of quality hot food on offer

We've had a great time in Aquaworld Belek hotel! The staff is amazing and really helpful, special thanks to Tatiana at reception for all the help throughout our stay and to Ljuba for amazing stretching classes :) It was so nice of staff to arrange the cake for my brother's Birthday without us even asking for it:) the hotel's territory is huge and there's a lot to explore, so you won't get bored! And there are always nice food options in the main restaurant. Looking forward to coming there again one day:)
