didn't try the breakfast so cant make a review , for a work travel the location is fine other than that no .
the A/C is autmoaticlly changing to heat at night , so it was very hot in the room we called the customer service all night with no help at all finally the said its automatic and it will be open at 7am . so we didnt the whole night . the staff dont know english .

The bed was nice and comfortable.
The staff didn’t speak to me even though I was the main customer paying the stay and I had made the reservation. The staff spoke over me to my husband. Room temperature was hot, couldn’t change it from the room. The shower was broken so I had to keep the handle in my hand when I was washing my hair. They charged me more than said in my confirmation. Hilton’s customer service is still trying to solve the reason, I am waiting for it. Didn’t reply through Booking.com message system.

We arrived to check in and after finishing the process we noticed that other customers were complaining about an issue in the AC. Then we discovered that the AC was broken most of the day.. The staff didn't inform us upon checking in and when we asked the manager was tough and said you are free to change the hotel as we don't know when we can fiX it.. We ended up cancelling the reservation and going to a close by hotel half the price with better facilities and real 5 stars
