Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Tunis

I am a hard working guy and my job requires too much physical effort. This property took all of my tiredness.

I can not say that i did not like about it but most of the staff speaks Arabic and French. When it comes to speak with them it is hard to understand that they do understand or not. They are so gentle and they push themselves to help you even they do not understand you. But at least they can say that they do not understand and direct you to the staff who really able to speak english. Even i can not speak english very well. Lastly, again, this is not a thing that i did not like it.

We really liked the location of the hotel, the services, the pool, and the hotel beach, and enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The hotel provided us with everything we needed. It's a family hotel, not fancy, and very welcoming. Delicious food. Worth a visit. We will be back!

The hotel's facilities like the pool would benefit from a bit of refurbishment (TLC). It would also be nice if the Spa was opened again.

Room was a nice size with comfortable bed, although we did not get a nice view, but not so bad. Breakfast was good and many options. There was a buffet that I would expect for lunch or dinner. Pool was very good, but it seems that we were out of the season, so the whole hotel had some renovations, and cleaning.

The room view was not the best. The walk to the beach was a bit far. There was no one there at the beach to tell us, if we have the right to the seats/chaise long there or how to deal with the situation there. The coffee shop on the beach is not part of the hotel.

Staff very very helpful, smiling and happy to help. Very comfy, with good food.

Honestly nothing to worry about, but as you asked for something that i didn't like, forget the window open at night, so i woke up with an army of mosquito as the hotel is in the middle of the nature, beach in the front and a lake in the back with a side small forest.

Breakfast was excellent, although the same everyday, still fantastic. Enjoyed every moment. Location is simply marvelous. Private beach access to the hotel is amazing.. Staff is extremely helpful. No issues with the internet at all..

I was happy with everything. I have no complaints to do anything that could have been better. They recommended a great taxi driver who i booked for 2 days to take me around and that was so much of help.

The hotel and room were spotless clean. Bed was comfortable. We were given baby cots for our twins. The pool was big and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Part of the private beach was shared with a private beach bar so it was more of a music party mood. Food was delicious at the restaurant and buffet breakfast contained a good variety. Staff were all polite and professional. This is my 2nd stay and I will definetly go back.

The food menu is the same for room service, à la carte restaurant and pool side. Only wished the hotel would have more cuisines options. But it was delicious.

It was a nice hotel by Tunisian standards. It was clean and the air conditioners were working well. Many hotels in Tunisia are as hot as Turkish baths. The food here was my favourite. The staff was professional and polite.

The cleanliness of the hotel, good service of staff, security precautionary measures in fighting against spread of bacteria / virus. Alcohol / sanitizer in the walls are visible in elevators , some corners, reception area and dining areas. We stayed in Junior suite accommodation. We were upgraded for free from Premium room to Suite. Big thanks to Mr. Hichem. His staff are well trained. Despite the pandemic and understaff, Ramada hotel was able to deliver superb experience to us. Unlike other hotels where I stayed these past months, unfortunately they were not to maintain their hotel services even they are 4star & 5star. Ramada Tunis is exception amidst the pandemic, they did well. You will still feel that it is indeed a FIVE STAR hotel experience. The amenities are complete. Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, hair blower and the alike. Bedsheets, pillow cases, towels are neat. Food was served well. Especially the breakfast buffet. Though the clubhouse sandwich and fries in Bistro is exception. Definitely, I will not reorder unless they change the ingredients. The Grilled meat, cheese burger, neptune and Opera cake are the must try!

The sofa in our accommodation needs repair. A part of the seat is sunken. The window needs to be adjusted for we can feel the air breeze coming in the room considering its winter. We heard noise upto 3am the first day and 2nd day upto 6am due to guests who are not well mannered. I think they were playing, we heard laughters and screams. Not sure if the sound proofing of the ceiling is good. Likewise, We heard moving of chairs back & forth and steps.

Friendly stuff ..and they reply quickly... Especially at reception.. Clean ...balcony...

Few mosquitoes at night ...because near to sea ...but after the help from reception we hadn't again

I would like to thank the receptionists abdelrahmen and the ladies Also the housekeeping Very professional, clean and they provide basic needs like water (which other hotels like thalaso Carthage don’t provide )
