The staff were extremely welcoming and polite! room was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

The view of the Mediterranean Sea was amazing. The hotel was so nice and we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were kind and friendly. We loved having so many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the hotel has a wonderful rooftop restaurant that is definitely worth visiting.

Honestly, I can't think of anything specific that we didn't like. This hotel is right on a busy street so it can be noisy at times but we are used to noise as where we live in the states is right on a busy boulevard. Perhaps if you desire peace and quiet, you may want to look for a different hotel.

My stay at Dar El Marsa was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Samar, in particular, stood out with her exceptional hospitality and helpfulness throughout my stay. A beautiful property, excellent location across from the beach. The terrace / restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The suite I stayed at was very nice with two small balconies facing the beach. The staff are superb. Many thanks to Thamer at reception for being amazingly helpful in booking a tour for me on a short notice to visit Dougga and Bulla Regia, and also for him and the hotel’s kind gesture on my birthday which was on my first day at that hotel. Also many thanks to Jemal at the ground floor restaurant and to all the staff there for being always kind, professional and very helpful. A memorable stay.

Really nice location, great service honestly : respectful, helpful and sincere ;) plus, tasty food after my morning run ! Breakfast was a surprise (kuddos for the pesto chicken dish ! and for the omelette treat that they've customized to our pereferances ^^) No need to mention that Marsa is soulful and beautiful plus not too far from Sidi Boussaid the divine sultry white & blue city ! Thanks all for your great service during our stay, we had fun with Mom and got to create a lasting keen memory :D

Good breakfast, large room with seaview, good bathroom with big bath. We enjoyed the sauna and the relax area on the 1st floor. Staff were friendly.the rooftop restaurant and bar are nice.

Balcony door didn’t close properly which made the room noisy (streetdogs) and cold (november). They only put on the heating as of december so no way to make the room comfortably warm. Double duvet solved it a bit.

Lovely clean and modern hotel, best we've stayed in Tunisia and very good air con in the super hot August heat. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mehdi on reception, very informative and booked restaurants and taxis for us. The roof terrace restaurant was also lovely and did some great cocktails. The hotel is in a great location with lots of nearby restaurants and the beach is just across the road. The room size was very good and nice to have a separate toilet to the main bathroom Unfortunately, because the El Marsa hotel was so lovely it made our next hotel in Port El Kantaoui look quite drab and worn even though both were 5 stars If we return to Tunis we'll certainly stay here again

Only real slight negative would be that the breakfast area could be a little larger and with some additional hot food options for example baked beans

Friendly reception, flexible to provide a business corner, imediate and fast refill of free coffee-machine, very nice view of the beach and the sea, food was OK

Service on the roof top terrace was very, very slow, had to wait nearly 30min to order and on top 60min to get the food. Quite strict on check-out time, the sea-side rooms are directly at a loud road which prevents from opening the window at night.

The staff is very efficient and exceedingly friendly. And the views are amazing.

The A/C and the minibar could have been a little colder, but we found that par for the course everywhere in Tunisia. And I am just nitpicking here.
